The support team at 20i is the best support team I've dealt with. They've ALWAYS gone the extra mile. Working in the support sector myself I know that people who genuinely care to help can be hard to come by, he is a great example for 20i and only makes them shine even brighter than the services they offer. Extremely easy to use and navigate and super-fast servers. It cost 4 times more a month than what I was paying elsewhere but I soon realized I had my ideas of web hosting all wrong. There's no offering quite like 20i's if you have enough customers. Plenty of ways to enable to you make money too which is just refreshing. Not a greedy company in my opinion. Very fair. I also very recently recommended and onboarded a 20i's reseller package to a company that I work for which goes to show how highly I think of 20i.

The live chat agents have been absolutely fantastic in resolving my issues via chat/email but as a helpdesk manager myself and an end-user, I've always preferred telephone contacts which aren't provided. But still, no complaints whatsoever as the service I've received via live chat and the ticketing system has been absolutely impeccable.

20i solved a lot of slowness and bad support issues I had with my original web hosting company. 20i's Content Delivery Network and load-balancing makes things run as soon as they possibily can be.

Their customer support is exceptional and truly stands out in the hosting industry. I have full confidence in recommending them as a reseller for new freelancers or agencies seeking reliable hosting services.

While there are instances where some websites may run slow, resellers now have the ability to utilize new caching and micro control features which can efficiently resolve this issue in a timely manner.

Using 20i has helped me in so many ways, such as having the ability to effortlessly register domains and easily access DNS settings. The launch times for staging sites are great and merging them with the live version is a breeze. And let's not forget about the amazing support team - they are truly awesome!

The 20i support team respond very quickly when you have an issue and always go above and beyond with their assistance. 20i also alway adding additional services to their reseller accounts which is great to see.

From a cost point of view, they are at the more expensive end when compared to other resellers but I am happy to pay the extra due to the customer support levels.

They have resolved issues I have come across with migrating hosting accounts over or when I am cloning a website to move it from one domain to another. They also help if I have an issue with DNS settings which isn't my strong point so they help fill the gaps in my IT knowledge when needed.

I have been running my agency for over a decade now. During that time I have hosted with three different web hosts. The most important thing for me is the speed at which my support requests are dealt with. As soon as I feel that the service is not to the standard I demand I move hosts. I moved to 20i a couple of years ago and now have almost 50 clients on my 20i server. Any submitted support request, no matter how big or small, is dealt with almost instantly. That is really hard to find in my opinion. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

I literally have nothing bad to say about 20i.

I can add an unlimited number fo clients to my reseller account and there are no extra charges for any other services within the hosting services for my clients.

We use 20i mainly for reseller hosting. Great value for money. True white label features. Great customer support. Constantly updating the platform.

Payment currency is only in Pounds, which is not the preferred option for overseas businesses.

We have been using 20i for over 4 years now and they have always been on hand to resolve any problems, their support is amazing and it's like having an extension to our own team. Hands down the most caring and best hosting support team. We could say the same for the actual services too, after migrating from WHMCS to Hostshop, managing and maintainng our hosting business has been a breeze.

There are next to no downsides about 20i, the only issue we really have is not being able to use our own nominet IPS tag which we could do on WHMCS. This means we had to choose HostShop over a partnership we had with Nominet as we no longer use our tag very much.

20i allows our business to provide hosting services with ease through Hostshop. The integrated system creates a seamless and easy experience for our customers.

The ease of the UI and finding what you need. The support team are fantastic to work with. I have yet to see a better provider for a reseller options, like hosting, domains. It also makes managing customers resources a breeze with its stack user management.

DNS TTL is a bit slow and I cant seem anywhere to change this manually. The customization for the webshop and stack user interface can be a bit janky and not always user intuitive.

I heavily use the reseller tools and use it as my primary provider for managing clients and their billing. It streamlines alot of the DevOps with Wordpress with the environment tools and options.

20i is a really easy-to-use system that is very familiar if you've used cPanel before. The UI/UX is similar to cPanel but with a few perks that you don't get natively on a cPanel setup -- such as the HostShop. HostShop is by far the best part about this in that you have a full payment and subscription service built-in as standard, with customer management, so you can be selling hosting, domains, VPS etc and taking money all within one platform without requiring additional extensions or plugins. Also, the fact it is all load-balanced, automatic edge caching with a global CDN and secure with WAPs and firewalls, malware scanning and more as standard for every package you host. I must also mention their top-tier support team too! Any question or query is answered and resolved really quickly, there's rarely a time I've waited more than a few hours for a response. This alone makes it worthwhile.

There's not many things I dislike about 20i really. A few quirks here and there to get used to if (like me) you migrated from cPanel, but most features are like-for-like. The main downside is the API if you are building custom software to integrate with the hosting packages. You can do many things via the API for package and user management, but there's no API access to the HostShop side of things, so, for example, you couldn't look up a customer's payment cycle, or payment status via the API. But this is really only an issue if you are doing custom dev work on their platform.

20i solved for us an expensive hosting problem. Running manage, or self-managed servers and doing all the DevOps, security and maintenance etc yourself can be a nightmare (and expensive)! Migrating to 20i was really straightforward using their migration tool that hooks into cPanel (and others) and the price point for resellers makes it an obvious choice too for unlimited space to grow into, having the servers managed by their support team and all the security built-in and maintained too. It is an ideal set-up for small teams who don't have the manpower, or skills, to do all of this yourself.

20i User interface is very easy to use, i can set up a new website environment within minutes. The migration tool is great as well and i managed to move over 20 websites and email within 1 afternoon.

There is not much to dislike about 20i! The prices have increased slightly within the last year but that is to be expected in the current climate.

As a small business owner, i am able to set up websites for my clients within minutes, the support they provide is also very good and get back to you with an answer very quickly

20i has much faster servers than any other providers i have used thougout the year, there customer service is amazing and super helpful for any issues. Ive never experienced any issues while using 20i reseller hosting and i think its great that they provide hosting booklets and getting started guides for anybody who needs a bit of help starting out. They also offer free SSL from lets encrypts which is great if you dont want to at for a SSL certificate, also have a free CDN which provides great features if you want to compress any files or images or just want to speed up your website.

There’s really nothing i dislike about 20i. They have 24/7 support and are always there to help with any issue.

They are cheaper compared to other reselling hosting providers and they provide WHMCS for a reseller price which is great software for domain and hosting provisioning. They also provide better support and guides for anybody who is uncertain.

I'm a massive fan of 20i reseller hosting - I find the pricing fantastic for the level of service, really easy to use and fast, intuitive UI for web management. Everything is in one place, easy to access and manage all of my clients websites from my 20i control panel. Excellent support, fast servers and just all around a great experience.

I can't think of anything I dislike about 20i, like mentioned above, they are the best web host I have ever used (I've used a lot). The one downside would be that 20i don't use cPanel and having used this for years I was reluctant to sign up - but I'm so glad I did. I prefer the Stack CP system to cPanel, which is getting pretty ugly!

I can offer my clients fast and very reliable web hosting and have the ability to rebrand services should my clients need access to them. It is honestly a relief having all websites managed in one great looking platform, complete with automatic backups, great security and a system that is very easy to use, especially if coming from a cPanel background.

20i provide a highly reliable service with prompt support on the few occasions we have needed it. The control panel is modern and fast and we are still finding new features which have proved to be very useful.

Sometimes you just need to speak with a human being, and that is not possible with 20i

Nothing much, the only issue we came across was the intra account migration service has some peculiarities that affect the migration of a website from one 20i account to another. The issue is that if the website container is named the same in both accounts and DNS is managed externally then 20i do not know where to point requests. There is a hidden process called authentication which decided which of the two places/accounts will address requests. Be aware that from when you initiate that transfer the old location for the website will become inactive, not good if you still have migration testing to do in the new environment. Other than that though they seem excellentm better than many hosts I have dealt with.

Affordable performant WordPress hosting

I like the support best at 20i.com. The calibre and quality tends to be high and consistent. I like dealing with real people based in the UK.

With any hosting company there is going to be issues, rare downtime and 20i.com isn't excluded from that. But they have support that is communicative and care about getting issues resolved as quickly as possible.

I am able to host clients website with confidence and get quality technical support to solve any issues and challenges I may come across.

Although most things go as smooth as they can, there's usually a need to contact their support team. Really pleased with the speed and quality of responses from their support who are always helpful and go above and beyond with any queries we've raised.

There's nothing really that I dislike about them. We do, on occasion, encounter some issues with email setup with our clients, but these are very few and far between.

We use 20i to host all our client's websites, from initial development stages through to live. With this, we have a select number of clients utilising their email service. The speed, the interface and the set up has always been straightforward and easy.
