I like the clean, spare interface, ease of use, and integration with my Google Workspace and other tools.

I don't dislike anything about Calendly. It provides all the functionality and customization I need.

I'm in a lot of meetings for my business and Calendly helps me keep track of everything and prevent scheduling conflicts.

It integrates with everything I need and does what I need it to.

The availabitlity slots can be confusing at times. Sometimes I can't schedule because of some type of error even when I try to troubleshoot a spot it doesn't let me because of my availability.

It integrates with everything that I need. Zoom, Google, Website embedding, it's great!

Calendly is easy to setup and gives you multiple features at a low cost.

Not enough customization. Not enough freedom to link to calendars without paying more.

Calendly was a great way to quickly integrate my google calendar with zoom or google meet and get people scheduled without confusion.

The best thing I like is that Calendly allows me to arrange meetings with total control and professionalism. It gives the flexibility to both parties to schedule an appointment at their convenience. I often meet many of my clients with ease through Calendly. It easily integrates with my other accounts. Amazing app with a simple self-explanatory user interface.

Nothing to dislike. The free version easily serves our purpose.

Calendly is helping me to keep my meetings organized. I can meet potential clients, peers, customers, etc at their availability, avoiding overlapping and communicating in a better way.

I have been using the paid version of the product. My favourite feature about Calendly is how effortless it makes for my clients to schedule a session with me. The product has resolved my need for an assistant. My second favourite feature is the option to add a payment portal which further saves me the effort of keeping track of individual payments and handling the receipts.

I feel there is a lot one can achieve even through the unpaid version but to add a payment portal and multiple kinds of events at a time, I had to purchase a subscription. But in all fairness, it was good value for my money.

I don't need to make a monotonous website or hire an assistant to book my appointments and calendar. Calendly handled it all for me. By adding a direct link to my calendar, I have saved myself all of those hassles.

I like that it gives a lot of flexibility to set your timings and it also integrates seamlessly with calendars like Google Calendars and also Zoom

I don't like the way it manages group conversations, the experience for groups could be improved.

Calendly helps to keep the appointments sets with a large volume of people organized especially when it's for the same reason that you are meeting multiple people at different times

There is a calendar and you can choose a date and time for the meeting in Zoom.

I do not receive sms on the phone or sound message.

I love that it automatically connects to my calendar and it takes away the hassle of back and forth of trying to figure out a time to meet. It's been so helpful at work, I also use it for personal chats too. It's saved me so much time.

There's a bit of a learning curve to learning how to use all of the different features. A tutorial would be great! But once you learn how to modify it, it's incredibly helpful.

I work in a client-facing role and have to set up several phone calls per day, but I also need to make time for meetings and blocks of time for answering email. It's been essential in helping me be available to my clients but also make time for other obligations. I love that it knows immediately when I add items to my calendar and updates my Calendly availability.

As a volunteer trainer, I want to make scheduling training as easy as possible for my volunteers. Using Calendly allows us to choose the best platform, date, and time for their convenience. It saves back and forth on emails and the workflows help keep me on top of my paperwork.

Occasionally, if someone sends me a calendar invitation for a full-day event, even when I don't accept it, it blocks time on my Calendly making it look like I am not available. That can be difficult to track down but it isn't a big issue.

Working remotely, and trying to schedule training for multiple companies and hundreds of volunteers was a daunting prospect without something to help me organize. Calendly does that beautifully saving me and my constituents time and effort.

Free tool is the best with good professional call scheduling ability

At first, it seemed limited in customization of appearance but after consideration, the clean, efficient design function is what I needed.

Calendly makes it possible for clients and leads to schedule appointments without having to have a discussion. This saves me tons of time.

The part of Calendly I like best is that it takes the guesswork out of scheduling meetings with your client base. We used to spend so much time going back and forth trying to find dates and times that worked with both attendees but now you set your schedule, forget it and share your link whenever someone requests a meeting. It's really a no-brainer.

There's only one thing I dislike about Calendly - it's being able to add multiple location options to a team event. We want to give clients the flexibility of choosing the meeting location but limiting that in the joint events limits the client's options.

The biggest BIGGEST thing that Calendly is solving for us is saving us an enormous amount of time when it comes to scheduling meetings - from the back and forth of finding a time that works, to actually sending an invite to the meeting with meeting details, to reminders/notifications to clients and hosts. For peace of mind, Calendly is worth every penny.

I love that I can just send my Calendly link to a prospect and they can set their appointment with me during predetermined times that I have set. It goes right to my Outlook calendar so I always know when someone is coming in.

I don't really see any downside to using Calendly. It would be nice if the upgraded version were completely free too, but every company needs to make money somewhere.

Calendly lets my customers or prospects schedule with me without even talking to me. It's always a time that is convenient because I can block dates and times that I don't want appointments scheduled.

It is very easy to use, saves so much time. It really helped me grow my business. Very intuitive. I am a paid client for a long time now, and it is really worth the money. And it is reasonable priced.

Not being able to create a webinar like booking. Multiple people can join the zoom and book on one day but I can't or don't know how to make it work for webinar type of meeting.

It automates the call booking for my clients with all the notifications and reminders, integrating with lots of tools. Easy of adding to google calendar or iCal. No need to remember to send links or reminders
