BrighTALK allows you to host webinars right from their platform. You have multiple options when choosing to upload media which makes the integration process seamless.
Sometimes BrightTALK can be hard to navigate, but the website has everything you would need.
Benefits include being able to record your webinars and upload them to other places such as YouTube for people to continue watching them.
The interface is super easy to use and the campaigns have driven additional leads to our webinars.
The embed the channel into the website could use some ui/ux work
Driving more leads to our webinars and an easier to manage webinar platform
A terrific act manager who is always available to support us with questions & concerns
Only being able to dial in to speaker line 15 mins before webinar starts.. Gets me and team members every time who want to dial in earlier...
education and awareness to customers & partners.. Great participation, easy way to do so..
Brighttalk's easy to use webinar platform and lead generation programs make it easy to plan and execute high-performing content programs that amplify reach and bring in results.
The costs of the programs and CPL can be high at times.
By coupling lead generation and webinar programs together, we are able to execute with less resources and gain new ways to get our message to new audiences. The on-demand portion gives us one place our partners, customers and prospects can go to learn more in a way they want to consume information, when they want to consume it.
It is extremely easy to use and a great tool to help educate others for no cost to them.
We have had a channel with Brighttalk for 3 years and we have never had any issues. The staff is amazing and the reach out is expansive.
We have been able to spread our reach and we have been educating audiences and helping people with their Cyber Security and Threat Intelligence issues for 3 years through Brighttalk and we are so pleased to continue to do so!
The platform is easy to use, the team who supports us is dedicated and focused on delivering experiences that provide value to the organization. Viewers are actively interested in the events we offer both free and paid promotions. The quarterly business review reflects our success with the platform and our success when compared to others with similar offers. We love BrightTalk!
Wish there was a way to easily de-dupe viewers
We deliver thousands of leads every month to the sales organization. BrightTalk consumers help us fulfill this requirement and we locate fresh viewers interested in our thought leadership.
The tool is easy to use and helps us to reach a wider audience than we could previously. That as well as the ability to share webinars that can be viewed on demand, and a good platform for SEO
There are some minor issues such as fields not directly translating to our unique instance of salesforce, but nothing too serious that would change my high oppinion of the service
We are solving issues of generating organic leads in whitespace and creating marketing content that is more accessible to all of our audience.
I like that they get a big crowd of people to register to our webinars and a lot of people show
There's always room for more registrants/attendees.
solving lack of registrants to webinars and the benefit is that we have more qualified leads to reach out to
BrightTalk Channels proved information that inspires organizational and operational growth and development through the provision of insights and information.
I have nothing negative to say about this product or it’s delivery method, though I would love to see a standalone mobile app like common technical L&D ones such as Udemy.
BrightTalk content helps with all facets of my organization. From executive leadership methods and practices, to internal technical process and external salesforce optimization, the information and insights are priceless.
Brighttalk has been very useful in terms of promoting our webinars. We can create seperate channels and can run our webinars in a great manner.
There is nothing big to dislike about this tool. It's been very impressive when we have integrated it with Hubspot as well as Eloqua.
The integration with our marketing automation tool is been very effective, we have been able to use the channel subscribers and webinar registrations for our promotions directly in our promotions.
We can control the titles, industries, and countries that we sell into for the content leads. But we also get some great organic leads as well.
I don't dislike anything. Would love to see an easier integration with Hubspot and SFDC
We were using YouTube, but no way to get demand gen from it. BrightTALK gives us a way to do that. Most of our content is not specific to our company or product, so BrightTALK provides a way to get cloud security insights to viewers
The ease to get leads is very impressive
It's not possible to create your own campaigns. That's flexibility that could be added
It's a tool to get leads in your own database very easily with the Marketo integration
The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
I don't think there's really anything that I would say I dislike!
It's a great place to extend the life of content.
Our marketing team has used BrightTalk as a central part of our inbound and nurturing strategy for 2 years. BrightTalk's interface has been dead simple for our subject matter experts to use, and their team has consistently added new features and capabilities. When we've needed support, their team has also responded rapidly. The difference between BrightTalk and other webinar platforms is that BrightTalk has worked to build a community around the people who present on its platforms. They want to be the "YouTube of webinars," so they offer recommendation tools designed to bring in newcomers interested in your topic.
The audience-facing interface is kind of ugly. Ditto for their automated email reminders. (Though you do have the ability of turning those off and sending your own messages.) While we like the recommendation tools, it does bring a lot of randos into our registration lists. If you're using BrightTalk as a lead generation tool, that's not great. BrightTalk does offer vetting / segmentation tools, but those are another (expensive, I'd argue) upcharge.
In 2020, our live events completely evaporated. BrightTalk's webinars gave us a new (and less expensive) way to engage with our audience. We especially like their on-camera Talks; we use them to host a monthly Q&A with our CEO, which has helped us stay on prospects' minds.
It's easy to run a webinar through BrightTalk. FIles with contact details for follow-up are detailed. Customer service is also helpful.
It's all pretty good. One request would be to have 1 combined master file with the leads. Some clients don't quite know what to do with the 3-5 different files.
We offer value to our audience and help sponsors get their message out to a wide pool. People also like the on-demand feature. Main benefits are keeping our clients happy, and driving traffic to our website.
Previously, we used Go To Webinar for external facing webinars. The reason why we moved to BrightTalk is because it provides in addition to webcasting, access to 1m+ users. Our channel and videos are promoted to other community member that have an interest in our industry/topics/ products.
BrightTalk comes with a series of pre-built email that will be automatically triggered off for all event invitations/reminders/follow-ups (very practical). The drawback is that those are BrightTalk branded. If you want to copy and rebrand those emails with your own look and feel, you need to build them from scratch and any changes BrightTalk will make to dynamic tags (existing or new ones such) will need to be manually changed by the admin (you).
Ease of use in promoting cross channel our webinar and a deeper access to a targeted audience.
What I like the most about BrightTalk is the ease of use within the platform and its reporting capabilities. The BrightTalk team has also been pretty helpful when it comes to uploading content onto our channels as well as meeting with the team to provide insights and support.
What I disliked was the process of pulling leads. This however has been integrated with Integrate and has been such a huge improvement.
BrightTalk is housing a lot of our webinars for further on-demand syndication
Great tool to recycle our visual content and expose it to a researching-stage audience.
No integration with our marketing tool: Act-on and the quality of incoming organic leads are is not the best.
Additional lead income although their quality is not the best
Very good customer service- they're always available to help with questions or recommend programs moving forward.
The platform is a little clunky and takes some time to get used to. A lot of functionality or product improvements come at an additional cost.
We use this to get additional leads by syndicating webinar content.
It is easy to reuse content that has already been created to maximize its potential. It is also very easy to connect to Marketo programs. We have seen a huge increase in organic traffic to our webinars.
The live webinar features are not as user-friendly as other webinar tools like Zoom. The poll function has an odd delay and you can't see the number of attendees or who is attending.
We wanted to get our webinars more attention. So far we have seen decent organic traffic, but not as many live viewers as we are used to. We also wanted to get in front of the right communities.
