Airmeet's meeting space has everything I need in a webinar and educational platform, while also having an intuitive social space for continuing conversations and connections. We've hosted over 30 online events using Airmeet in 2021, and have bigger plans for 2022.
I'd like to be able to customize the space colors and branding a bit more than we can at this time. Would love to be able to set my own colors for the buttons and highlights and such.
We are using Airmeet beyond the webinar function to help our members connect and learn in more organic ways, beyond just pushing information to attendees.
The design, look and feel were so great that I felt I am physically present at an auditorium to attend that event. The sections were beautifully designed.

Due to 3rd wave of Covid, we had to conduct our event online. Other platforms don't allow so many great features that Airmeet does.
There are so many things to love about Airmeet. From day one they haven't stopped innovating and improving their product. From the new Fluid Space to attendee gamification/leader board and constant enhancements to make managing a great event easy peasy. Two things stand out to me as the best features of the platform. One is the user community with great interaction directly with the Airmeet team. They listen to us as event professionals and implement a lot of the suggestions we make. Two, and by far the best, is the Airmeet team themselves. The support team is outstanding! I have never had a bad interaction with anyone from Airmeet. Even when in the heat of an event and I have to have an answer NOW! :) They are top-notch individuals and a joy to work with.
I could think back to a few kinks I've run into on the platform but to cite them as a reason to dislike would be unfair. The support team has always addressed any oddities quickly and efficiently. I do not have anything that I dislike other than not being able to use it more with in-person events bouncing back with fervor.
Airmeet has provided a virtual and hybrid solution that goes beyond just another "Zoom" meeting. It provides many more options in a unified platform to expand our capabilities to meet more customer needs. Planning a trade show? They have exhibitor booths with the ability for the exhibitor to host live demos on their own! Hosting a networking event or a job fair? The Airmeet tables are perfect for small group networking and the 1:1 speed networking at the push of a button is fantastic. And their integrations and API access have saved a ton of time in getting data between Airmeet and our other systems.
What impresses me the most about Airmeet is how easy it is to use. Everything is well-laid out and even a complete beginner will have no problem using it. On top of that, Airmeet has a great set of features that you can use for a wide range of virtual events. Finally, Airmeet is backed by great and very helpful team who are committed to your success and the success of Airmeet.
Honestly, there's nothing that I dislike about Airmeet. It's a great platform. I suppose that it's a bit expensive but I also understand that there are a lot of costs involved in running a program like Airmeet. And if you use it correctly, you'll make your money back and more!!!
Airmeet is a great platform for connecting with your audience, particularly with the ongoing problems with Covid. I've seen lots of colleagues turning to virtual events and I always recommend Airmeet as their platform of choice.

We hosted a virtual summit last year and used Airmeet to host it. It was a huge success. Loved the entire application and experience - the lobby, meeting rooms, the customer support we got from Airmeet, it was all great! We used Airmeet this year too for our second virtual summit.
Nothing to dislike. It's a great product. Just go for it. No hassle, great support, user experience, love it.
Online events
I think the most helpful aspect of airmeet is the expansive and responsive team that has been working with me to provide the best hybrid event experience to my customers.
The part I disliked about airmeet, which is a non-issue now that they are expanding their team, was a missing feature. We have very dense programming, and as such, it is unreasonable for most virtual platforms to support all our custom needs. They did expedite the delivery of a feature core to our sales and marketing activities and I appreciate them for that.
We ran a hybrid, multiday conference using airmeet. With airmeet we were able to produce a largely smooth experience for our virtual and in-person attendees. We worked with them last year and saw a vast improvement. Everytime we work with them, they are continuously improving and evolving.
It is the facility to share the stage with other exhibitors (you can give them the camera and the microphone), you can add apps to do gamification, it also allows you to add sponsors to your events.

Avoiding boring webinars allows me to interact much more with the participants and also allows them to share experiences with each other.
The Airmeet platform was easy to handle. The support team were helpful to solve any doubts and was available to help throughout the event. The services such as joining the event with one single link, providing a separate section in the window for Q&A, and showcasing the questions and participants on the stage were very much useful.
Though the platform is very much easy to handle for participants as well as organisers, the terms and conditions to use the platform (such as the credit system) may not be well understood by the organizers. This could be further improved to make it simple and robust.

The look and feel of the platform. The support and training from Airmeet was excellent. We were able to get access to the platform and put on a 1000 person interactive conference in less than one month.
Team members and guests are used to other platforms and so it takes some training to get everyone onboarded.
Creating a more engaging presentation for the audience. Allowed more campus partners to participate and present materials. Airmeet allowed for more tailored branding.

I have attended a bunch of learning sessions held by communities on Airmeet! Love the interface and the slick design. The chatting experience by taking seats at tables is too good. Also, customer support is quick in resolving queries. Would highly recommend :D
