So many features, but also easy to use once you spend some time on it.
Proxy edits are sometimes hard to use and that it slows down my computer so much.
I am solving editing issues for video content. The benefit I've realized is that I can now make great content without installing multiple plugins.
I like the tools and per frame editing with sound and specially the effects.
there should be more about color correction
Editing
Premiere is a workhorse that can get your videos looking and sounded exactly the way you want. There is a steep learning curve, but once you find your important features, you'll fly through creating your look.
Premiere is very difficult to master. If you go in blind, you'll have to make a lot of guesses and go hunting. Expect to be doing a lot of googling without training.
Premiere allows us to create video tutorials and advertisements that we never had the capacity for before. It has opened up many doors.
With Premiere Pro, you can achieve really professional video editing. You can add intros, outros, effects, color correction and more.
What I don't like about Premiere Pro is the monthly subscription. I wish I could pay once and for all, but the monthly payments are kind of expensive. Expensive but worth it.
I've edited all of the videos we produced in my media company. We use it a lot for music videos for many different Latin artists and editing Blackmagic RAW files. You can find my portfolio of every single video edited with premiere at www.onoto.mx/video
Although I have Camtasia 2021 (I also love.) and Wondershare Filmora 9, I find that I use Premiere Pro more frequently, like every day. The ease in which I can take a 16:9 video and turn it into a 9:16 (so IG doesn't have a hissy fit) is life-saving. I also love all the ridiculously cool graphics (that come standard, unlike other apps). They have my videos out there looking like a "Brought to you by James Cameron"!
Having to reset the Workspace layout whenever I accidentally close a pane is well a pain.
I can easily edit videos and make them look better quickly. Having access to an app like Premiere Pro allows my client videos to look more polished when posted on social.
I like how even though I do not know much about video editing, I am able to make my simple videos look top-notch and professional for a low price!
As with most apps in the adobe suite, it is a little bit difficult to learn if you don't have a background in video. Also, it is a little expensive if you aren't going to use it very often
Before, I was using Sony Vegas, and it was crashing all the time, and Premiere does not do that. I am able to actually get my work done now since the program is more polished and works better.
lumetri colour correction, Auto frame resize of multiple sources of publishing. New feature Ai based caption is top-notch. Lot's of the best things are there.
When we use lots of after effects linked files in sequence this doesn't behave well while rendering. Then Compression setting is as not easy as FCP
Creating product explainers and Interview videos. Lot's of E-Learning videos in my life.
Personally, I like how premiere seamlessly integrates with the entire Adobe creative cloud. You are easily able to move from after effects to premiere to media encoder in order to make your work perfect while also getting it done in a timely fashion.
I do not like how difficult it is to learn the platform. I used to have to teach students how to use adobe premiere, and the students found it very difficult to understand. Though the program is very versatile, it is not very user friendly to beginners.
I am able to edit videos for clients that look sleek and clean while also getting them done relatively quickly. We are also able to charge more for videos since we are able to make them look more professional, thanks to premiere!
The program gets more powerful and capable with each update. I've been using Premiere Pro for years and don't see that changing anytime soon.
I can't think of any things I dislike. I've heard from others that they wish more After Effects capabilities were inside of premiere as well. Personally I like having those capabilities separate to make sure premiere doesn't get too congested with things going on.
I do all of my cuts in premiere. I can also do my audio mixing there. Then I switch to AE for any visual effects or mo-graphs.
What I loved about Adobe Premiere, all the options it has and that it lets me do so much stuff. It is helpful in a way that I haven't found in other programs, and i like how i can set my workspace how i want and that you can use fonts from your computers
I dislike that it is not as easy and intuitive as it could be
I have been solving the problem of needing video material for reports and advertisement, i have realized that it is a very versatile and complete tool, for everything you need for when it comes to video.
What I like best about Premiere Pro is the connectivity it allows using dynamic link with other Adobe software like AfterEffects. This is extremely convenient for projects that require both programs.
One thing I dislike is the color match feature released in the latest update. It's a great idea in theory to match color correction across shots but it doesn't work very well.
For me I use Premiere Pro every single day to edit short and long-form videos for my job. It definitely is well-rounded and just works well for my needs. If you compare it to other editing software like Avid, it's far more time efficient. It takes significantly less time when exporting projects.
Premiere is excellent at letting me do what I want with my video and not getting in the way. It has tons of powerful tools, consistent updates from Adobe, and wide adoption in the industry.
Adobe can rush to push out updates too quickly, and new significant releases often have bugs. Because of this, I usually wait for at least the first bugfix/patch before committing to an upgrade since that locks me in to using the newer version with any projects I modify in it.
I use Premiere for virtually all video editing that my team and I perform. We use it for basic cuts and trims to more complex projects with multiple sequences and deliverables.
The best thing I like about Premiere Pro is the interface. So easy to cooperate. I've been using this for so long sometimes I feel like it is still the old software I'm using, but the features are more advanced now. I use a three monitor display panel and I can easily set up my software to work in any way I like. In the later upgrade of Premiere Pro CC, I love the feature of opening several projects at a time. The added feature to be noted is using footages and lineups of one project to another. The overall new color grading system is great though I think some features should be added except that it is the best Software I'm using.
Though it is an all in one solution, working with graphics is a bit harder, harder in sense of low parameter controls. You will have less versatility during changing parameters and positions of any graphical contents. Price of Premiere Pro CC is now monthly based it's okay but while working with Premiere Pro sometimes I have to switch between other Adobe software like Illustrator and After Effects, which all in one is a bit expensive.
I'm using Premiere Pro for video editing and color grading purpose. It is fast to operate. I tried several other software but not satisfied with them. I realized Premiere Pro is better one to complete my task.
Adobe Premiere Pro has been my go-to video editor software for more than 16 years now. I first used it back in college and haven't looked back since, it just has everything I need and more. It's easy to use, well designed, really well built, and works perfectly for all my projects. There hasn't been a time when I've had any issues with a video or that I wasn't able to do a cut, effect, or transition that I wanted for my project. Whether it's personal or business, I can edit anything that I imagine.
I think Adobe's suite is a bit pricey. Other than that, everything's A-ok
Any problem that video-editing puts in front of me I can solve it with Premiere's suite of tools. From text animation to transitions, adding music and sound fx, everything gets done super easily and quickly. The way the software takes advantage of my graphics card is just insane! Any render process gets done super fast, and that allows me to deliver quicker to my cients
Adobe premiere pro uses very low space when you are doing any project comparing with any different editing software. It is a very smooth software for editing and use very low system requirements.
Adobe premiere pro has very minimum effects, I think that is not good. When you want to create any effect than you have go adobe after effect for creation, I think that is not good. Adobe premiere pro has opted to do that task also.
I am using adobe premiere pro about 3 years and I do lots of my work without any hang problem. I have only 500 GB space in my system and adobe premiere pro using only maximum 50 MB to doing any project and that is the benefits for me.
Adobe Premiere Pro gives a premium experience of video editing. It is very comfortable to use when I know all the corners of the software known. It has all the features to prepare a perfect video. It has all types of effects, the timeline looks very decent. All the functionalities of the software are very well-built. Their helpline is very good. Whenever I have a problem, it takes me to their website where I get the perfect solution for my problems. Altogether, I can say it's a premium categorized video editor.
What I think is the downside of Premiere Pro is that it's not a beginner-friendly editor as it is built for making professional videos. It took me 2 days to learn all the features of it. But when I got used to it, everything got very easy.
The benefit I received from Premiere Pro is that I was able to make professional, high-quality videos for anyone or anything. Whether it's for social media or youtube, Premiere Pro helped me a lot and made my editing times comfortable.
I have been using premiere pro since 2 years now, I have found it to be the best in class when it comes to video editing. The vast variety of options available are almost indefinite, and there is almost no limit to what you cannot do with this software. The combination between after effects and illustrator makes one a true professional video editor
sometimes the titles and small animations that are imported as MOGRT files do not perform very well. It would be great if more inbuilt options that are actually useful can be incorporated as it will definitely improve the workflow
I use Premiere pro for all my video edits. be it an online video for social media or a high definition 4K video for a large screen, it's always the best option for all kind of videos
Its easy interface and I love to do the multi camera edit in this software and with its smooth playback working in premier pro becomes more easy than ever.
its not like I dislike anything but timeline render sucks sometimes else everything is fine.
Editing my videos, audios and mastering my files as well as compressing videos and sometimes for little bit of composition also.
Premiere is a complete solution for me. It's integration with other Adobe products simplifies my workflow. I very much like that Premiere is cross platform. I have both Macs and PC's in my studio. The cross platform nature is a must.
I've used Premiere for so long, it's quirks don't really bother me anymore, I've either learned workarounds or adjusted my workflow to avoid most of them. One problem I can't work around is Workspaces. I don't like how Adobe sets them up. It's like entering a totally new studio where nothing is where I expect it to be and setting each workspace up is tedious and time consuming while I'm trying to finish a project. I tend to use ALL PANELS all the time. However, moving the panels around to suit my workflow is clunky and I often end up with a mess on my hands.
Premiere solves the problem of integrating video, audio, graphics, and animation (After Effects). I can stay in one familiar ecosystem throughout my entire project. As such, I'm able to finish client's project more quickly while maintaining quality control.
Users will be at first genuinely incredulous on the grounds that a great deal of Adobe software is exceptionally difficult to utilize and not instinctive. However, they can choose to check it out when they need to alter a few recordings for work and every one of my partners was utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing. Shockingly, Adobe Premiere Pro was truly simple to utilize and in any event, for an apprentice such as myself, I had the option to do genuinely complex stuff like managing assembling cuts, changing the sound, adding impacts, captions, etc. users have since utilized this software solely when I need to alter recordings. The potential gains of utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro are that contrasted with contender video altering applications you can accomplish such a great deal more and have your video look overly proficient.
There are certainly heaps of disadvantages to utilizing this software... I think Adobe Premiere Pro's valuing is certainly extremely high and when there are free video altering tools like iMovie many individuals might be killed by. A few activities are truly off-kilter and not natural by any stretch of the imagination - like when you are assembling various pieces here and there it's truly difficult to change the video and sound together and they isolated... it's extremely baffling however there is by all accounts no real way to keep that sort of stuff from occurring on this software.
Overall it is a great software only if you have learnt enough video knowledge to utilize it to its maximum power. It does has a certain learning curve which can be easily overcome and edit videos with goo d quality effects, color schemes, motion transitions and many other things.
