I love the sites and landing pages I can create along with the email automations.

I wish it was a prettier and easier user interface, but that's it!

Sales Automation -- I can streamline most of the steps in my buyer's journey with this platform.

ActiveCampaign offers 1:1 calls that have been extremely helpful in setting up processes and automations. There is so much the platform can do to help me connect with my clients and potential clients! It's also very user friendly, which makes it so much easier to write and format emails and track engagement.

My only struggle is that AC can do so much, it can be overwhelming to learn all of the features. But that is why the calls and webinars are helpful! Once you get something set up or learn how and where to find it, you save tons of time.

It is helping me to segment my audience better and to build strong client relationships, without having to do everything manually.

If you want an intuitive autoresponder, you'll struggle to find better than Active Campaign. It's the ideal tool to map out the entire customer journey, and discover where those perfect buying moments are.

The only disadvantage, if you can call it that, is that it's so sophisticated that it can be a little bewildering to a newbie who's used to simpler software. The good news is that the Active Campaign support staff are informative and, most importantly, patient. They will take the time to teach you what you need to know. They'll even record personal videos showing you what to do.

The biggest problem for any business is offering the right thing at the right time. Active Campaign solves this as you can track metrics and see when a particular customer or client is looking to buy.

What's great with ActiveCampaign is that you can create real automated email sequences with very wide options. It's exactly what I needed! I would have liked to know ActiveCampaign before, and avoid changing emailing providers 3 times... I recommend 1000%

ActiveCampaign does more than just send emails to your list. You can automate sending sequences when a contact is tagged, added to a group... Etc. what a time saver!

I have set up a series of automations in ActiveCampaign that allow me to trigger a sequence of emails to be sent to people in various parts of our website development workflow. This allows consistent communication and education for all clients working with us. I just added new clients, and then trigger each email series once we reach certain milestones in our process.

Sometimes it is difficult to understand why an email isn't sent. Most of the time it is because user doesn't finish double opt-in.

I think maybe the setup of the CRM could be better and maybe they could do more videos on them, but I don't need it, I'm good with just using the ESP and not the CRM functionality.

ActiveCampaign was exactly what we were looking for. We needed seamless automations for emails, CRM, etc, plus the ability to integrate into all our other platforms

We haven't found much that we dislike about ActiveCampaign. We've been recommending it to all our clients and we haven't heard anything negative.

To have one platform that has the ability to handle most of our digital marketing needs. Also, we don't need to toggle, or record stats in various places - all the data is there for us to see in one place.

- I can build a ton of different automations - I can customize my email design better than I was able to in MailChimp or Constant Contact - I can look at a contact and see everything about their activity, browsing behavior, etc. in the stream - Unlike Hubspot, Marketo, SharpSpring, etc. it's affordable at scale. - I got to use it before I committed to it.

- I have to wait about 5-10 minutes to send an email after I create a new email list. - I can't create a contact with a phone number — they have the be anchored by an email address. - Sometimes the pop-up messages don't function correctly when you try to use them within a single-page architecture software product. They're more URL-based for basic websites. - They don't offer product tours or in-app messaging (I work in SaaS and I would love to have this available in ActiveCampaign rather than add another tool to my tech stack.)

ActiveCampaign is so wonderfully affordable with 300k contacts.

Interactive board, form, a/b test, contact forms, email dashboard, automation, integrations & reports. Easy to use.

Its has some integration's problem with Magento and Dynamic's CRM.

Super straight forward and easy to use. The way the platform is laid out makes it simple for a layman to come in and play around, which makes the learning curve very smooth.

I feel the left vertical toolbar can be a little inefficient for UX purposes. I see many software companies using it for navigation and I think there should be an admin dashboard to access the different features with proper wording.

Email automation for our sales campaigns. It removes 100s of hours of manpower for what would otherwise be a purely manual campaign. We are more able to create and engage fun campaigns for our customers and prospects knowing that the setup and execution is taken care of.
