Integrate with intercom. Since we are using intercom as a CS tool, combining servicate and intercom chat messages, allows us to get user feedback a lot easier!!
Still pretty limited. Would like to have more flexibility to create our own survey. To be particular, like in the question input field, would be nice if we can separate lines. Also the feedback button, I personally wish it can allowed us to change the button name.
A tool for us to communicate with users for sure. Always important to learn more about our users. By easy setup for the survey, helped us to achieve the goal I mentioned previously.
I really like their templates for surveys. To be honest, I got the idea to conduct a few surveys just by looking at their template. And, I like a few extended features, as you can directly embed surveys into the email.
As such only for surveys, this is good, but if you are looking for some more features then there are few competitors (Like survey monkey) which provide a very vast range of features.
Using it to conduct surveys from target audience, I did surveys for market fit, and why my users are exiting.
I love that survivable offers guidance and survey suggestions, while making a completely custom survey a breeze. Great logic built in as well. Lastly, the integrations are awesome - it takes some tinkering, but once you've figured it out it's excellent.
The interface for sending a unique identifiable link via a non connected email is difficult- not impossible, just a little cumbersome and more training materials would be helpful. Integration based emails are great.
We needed a reliable tool to do the following: send NPS, CST, onboarding feedback survey, and several other data collection surveys for content and product feedback. Every vertical in our SaaS business uses it. Collaboration is great and everyone can have a license you need.
In terms of the product and features: Lots of options for pre-built surveys or you can start from scratch. You can start a survey directly in an email or Intercom conversation. Plus, they are constantly improving the product based on user feedback - like adding folders and a new survey builder! Also, their Support Team is fabulous! Every time I reach out with a question, they reply quickly and are so helpful. I've even asked for some best practices and ideas and they're more than happy to share.
I wish there was a way to require the additional comment fields on single-select/multi-select questions. Sometimes we would like to ask a question where one of the answers is 'Other (please specify)', and have the survey recipient fill in the details, but since we cannot require these comment fields to be filled out, we're relying on the recipients to fill it in before proceeding. I would also like to see all question types available to be required OR optional. In addition, it would be great to be able to use the 'Survey Invitation' type question within Intercom.
We are getting a lot more customer feedback than we previously were! The response rate to our customer onboarding surveys has increased significantly since moving them into Survicate. In addition, now that we can have as many users as we want in Survicate, a lot of my colleagues are learning the system too and finding it useful for their own purposes.
Setup was easy and simple in React Native. Their support and response were faster than expected!
A Betterway to differentiate the export key and survey key!
I'm using in a mobile application for a client to get reviews and surveys.
The Survicate solution is relatively easy to digest and learn quickly. Suvicate offers a nice set of basic templates to use for your survey. Particularly, for the Basic Level subscription which is free! Additionally, I was pleasently surprised at the online support resources
There is nothing really I disliked about Survicate believe or not!
We are solving a portion of our Product Development Strategy by soliciting KEY accounts for design input
Survicate's simple and powerful tools and the ability to deliver these surveys quickly to our users through their Intercom integration gave us the ability to turn around professional qualitative and quantitative measurement through surveys that looked native to Intercom. Engagement is 10x that of surveys delivered through other channels, and in a matter of hours we would gather thousands of responses to help our product and UX teams make critical decisions.
There's nothing to dislike, Survicate has consistently met our expectations as an affordable and flexible survey and measurement tool for our needs.
For us, Survicate bridged the gap by providing a reasonably-priced and versatile baseline set of survey tools where Intercom currently has none. Their presence in the Intercom app store make this a turnkey solution.
The list of integrations: Intercom and Marketo
Being confused about the surveys type. Not a modern UI Not detailed Dashboard
Help to calculate the NPS
It is easy to set up, very flexible on the user end, and works with Angularjs.
Technical support can get a bit too slow when issues are too technical. The documentation they have available is not the best in class.
Quick user researches and periodic NPS tracking.
It's really quick and easy to get a new survey set up and customized. The summaries are also excellent. It's wonderful that summaries can be sent to different people in our organizations at different times: i.e. that our customer service team gets alerted immediately, while other departments receive a weekly summary. And the customer service is top-notch. They're very involved with pro-active support, and respond quickly to chats.
There were a couple of features that I felt were missing (e.g. blocking IPs), but no show-stoppers. Overall, I'm very happy with this service.
We began working with Survicate to improve our website conversion and flow. Their exit intent and scroll-based features are quick and easy ways to gather feedback from our customers. It's helped us learn what to focus on with marketing and site upgrades.
The tool is easy to use. It can be less powerful than other survey solutions out there, but having a simple tool force you to build simple surveys which in the end is great to collect feedback from users. Also, one of the main reasons why i choose Survicate is because of the connection with Intercom: thanks to this feature I can collect data and then use them in Intercom in order to target even more my CRM campaigns. The customer support is also AMAZING. I had few questions in order to set my first campaigns and I received a great help from Survicate team.
Is localization of a survey easily possible? Not sure about that. This is important for me as we work in several markets.
We make a shipping solutions for consumers and professional e-sellers. Survicate helped us to get feedback from our user in order to improve our products through simple and flexible user researches. We also used Survicate in order to monitor our NPS.
I'cant imagine there is any other software solution that helps to collect feedback from visitors as fast as Survicate. If you have any traffic on you website, but you don't know anything abaut the people, who are visiting you, do not look for enything else.
At the beginning main dashboard wasn't clear for me. But just after few moments I've got used to it and now it absolutely intuitive and practical.
We've used it on our blog to know more, who is our audience and it worked great.
Super simple integration that allows you to get first responses within minutes. Uses intuitive logics and design options so anyone can set up very smart and friendly feedback surveys. Response conversions are pretty high what's important when you don't have great traffic. Found all integrations that I needed!
It was difficult for me to understand pricing but it was improved in last days. Couple of problems with understanding designs options however here support team was very helpful.
We run compaings checking pricing tags and user value propositions The tool has good answer rates and we can settle it very quickly. We found it also useful as source of constant passive feedback from users.
The best way of collecting feedback I know. Easy to use and widgets don’t distract users – some of them received response rate of 15% or even more. One thing that I would like to see implemented – fluid scale surveys.
No fluid scale surveys, customization of widgets took us a while
User feedback is crucial for increasing conversion - we know why users act as they do so we
I like the user interface of Survicate as it is very simple and easy to use. Design of the widget is unique and looks professional. Its installation is pretty fast and has got variety of integration options through its API with Wordpress and Google Analytics. It doesn’t take more than 5 minutes for the complete process. It provides a javascript code which you have to insert in your website and you can go ahead to start the surveys with variety of questions such as multiple choice questions, open ended questions and contact forms information.
Sometimes I have noticed that the Backend is bit slow. This is the only problem I see in Survicate, else everything has met my expectations.
As I am a functional guy, I use Survicate to understand the needs of clients before and after the project delivery. It has helped in getting more precise information from the clients and strengthening our bonds for future projects. I have used it to ask them to provide the performance ratings on a scale of 1 to 10 and also giving any feedback from their side. Then the information is being shared to our Quality Team to have a review of the same and understand the customer in a better way.
Price is pretty fair. i do appreciate Easy to set up, easy to customise
this dark yellow is not really good looking to my eyes
try to know more about my visitors needs
Easy to set up on site surveys, seamless integration with Slack and great reporting! Unreal customer support also.
We would have loved to include images within some of the on site survey questions.
Ability to quickly whip up quick and easy on-site product insight surveys for discovery and opportunity sizing. Reporting allows us to make decisions quickly and move on to test next assumptions.
You can quickly create a survey without any technical knowledge
Certain integrations with a 3rd solution are limited
Easily sending our NPS survey to our customers and get the responses automated in our CRM
I use Survicate to embed NPS surveys into ActiveCampaign emails and they look really nice, plus it's great to map the results to AC. Survicate's chat support is very prompt.
I think the price is a little salty - and I feel like the pricing changed some during my trial. I wish some of the features were more customizable, like a way to direct users to multiple review platforms (i.e. Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor) after they have completed a survey.
Before Survicate, our unhappy customers were going straight to Google Reviews to express their frustrations (usually things that could be easily resolved if they were to talk with a manager instead). Now, they have an outlet to communicate frustrations before going public. Plus, it turns out that satisfied customers are happy to share their experiences too - sometimes you just have to ask! We improved our Google rating significantly by heading off negative reviews and asking happy customers to share their experience.
There are options to show explicit surveys to those who are intended to. The user interface seems very appealing and easy to use. The results can either be downloaded or exported to CSV and perform data analysis if required.
There is no support for the desktop version. More third-party integrations are required at the enterprise level.
Multiple feedbacks are targeted accurately to the specific set of customers. It gives business-level data analysis which can help improve profits.
