I use this product for alot of organizations I work with
I dislike that the server can sometimes run slow

Survey monkey is a great tool if your just looking to get a small group of peoples answers to some questions. Or to figure out a meeting time as well as giving opinions on certain topics in a quick an easy method. As well as the free tier option in Survey Monkey which offers unlimited surveys of up to 10 questions that can be sent to up to 100 respondents. This is an amazing thing!
I do not dislike anything about Survey Monkey at the moment.
I am solving getting data I need at a faster way then going around individually asking people.

I love that I can make a survey really quick and send it to everyone I work with. Employees are able to respond on their devices and I am able to see the results right after.

Survey monkey is a simple way to make a quiz or survey and send it out to other people. It is extremely user friendly.
Not as many options if you are trying to be detailed
In regards to having other colleagues fill out surveys to help better improve some areas or to complete surveys for research
It is an easy to use platform to connect with your clients. The survey results come back fast and are easy to read. I love the charts and graphs to see all of the info from each survey!

I love the analytics surveymonkey provides, and the ability to output them into a report I am able to deliver to my BOD.
I don't like that you are limited to 10 questions with the unpaid version, but it does urge me to sign up for the paid version.
We need feedback on our events, and survey money allowed our team to determine our event's weakspots.
Great Graphical User Interface with the button selection and display. I’m a sucker for pretty layouts too.
I don’t like the the loading indicators. May just be preference.

Nothing really. My company just used it for employee satisfaction. I liked the interface but would like more assurance of anonymity and options.
It was super easy to set up a profile. It is intuitive to make questions and choose which question type. Analytics were great and super helpful.

I like how simple and easy it is to take surveys and also to create the surveys. Most people won’t take a survey unless it’s under 5 minutes, and survey monkey has a great reputation.

The benefit is quality feedback in a timely manner. Our hospital was showing us through virtual reality how the new hospital would look and had survey monkey right there on a tablet ready for anyone who toured the facility and looked at the floor plans. It was great for them!
