The best part of Robly is it is very easy to use, you have unlimited image uploading and they never get deleted, the live chat support feature and being able to have templates that you have created saved to use multiple times.
The part of Robly that could use some help are the support team, the designing features, the limitations of what you can do for designs (i.e. you cannot put a GIF and it be animated in Robly when you send the email out and other items) and the lack of communication about who your point of contact person is.
Solving the problem of having to send out multiple emails, using multiple email addresses, to multiple groups at different times and making the emails shorter and more branded. The benefits are the live chat support feature, being able to add buttons for links to other documents and how easy it is to use.
We can count on a good functioning in being able to decide which clients to send certain campaigns depending on the characteristics of the subscribed clients, thus allowing to send effectively to clients with possible interests to those campaigns. It is a good that you have an A / B test system and so you can obtain a good result in what type of emails are sent, as well as an easy report and analysis. Another thing is that I like it is WYSIWYG mail editor so I can be closer to customers and know what they are looking for consumption.
The mail editor interface is difficult at first, it requires practice since it is not very interactive for the one who is going to write an email marketing. As the mobile platform should improve it.

I was fascinated to see how this was distinct from similar equipment like Constant Contact plus Mail Chimp. I like the simplicity, and maybe more importantly, the low cost of Robly. Robly provides an email marketing tool that is very comparable to Constant Contact, with very high quality, professional emails, at a fraction of the cost. Plus, they don't force additional 'options' on you to increase the price. If you are simply looking for a email marketing tool, Robly is a great place to start.
I like to work in the code a lot of times to get the formatting to my liking, and on occasion, Robly's emails will format differently on multiple browsers/email servers. To be honest, I don't know enough about browsers/email servers to know, but it is possible that it could be the settings on the browser/server that the email arrives at that changes the formatting in some emails.
We use Robly for 90% of our credit union's email marketing. We have seen great success when sending emails out. Whether it is a response rate that we are looking for, or just getting information in our member's hands, Robly has been a huge asset for us in doing this. Robly is successful in getting into most of our member's inboxes.

Very easy and quick to hammer out awesome looking emails because of the trendy templates. Love the duplicate feature so I don't have to recreate recurring event reminders. Analytics are always very helpful in knowing who has opened the emails. Very helpful to be able to schedule the emails to go out. Easy to drag and drop pics from Google, etc
No scheduling for emails to recur frequently. Not much help for collecting info other than emails.

It's quite easy to use. Switching over was a breeze and I especially like the OpenGen feature of resending the email to recipients that have not yet opened it. I also like to clean design of the emails. Pricing is certain quite reasonable.
I have been unable to get the automatic post to social media function working. It says it's linked, but never posts. I wish there was a survey function so I did not have to use yet another website.

Designing templates is fairly easy, they look fairly sleek and modern. Easy to teach someone how to use the platform.
It's still quite buggy - not as bad as Constant Contact, but still irritating. Formatting gets messy when sent to different email platforms.

Saving money on sending emails
We switched to Robly after sitting through a demo with one of the salespeople and the process was easy and seamless.
We had one instance where we needed to put an official company name in the subject field. The company name included a plus sign "+" and the system would not let me do it. I chatted with a customer rep and she said that was a safety feature to avoid spam complaints and there was no way around it??? I almost cancelled our subscription right there...it was a very strange explanation. But luckily I was able to get around the "safety feature" and send out my email using the plus sign (part of the LEGAL company name). Other glitches include getting errors when trying to look up emails by contact last name (works about 50% of the time for me).
We've saved quite a bit of money by switching to Robly from Constant Contact and it (mostly) fits our needs at this time. Hope they will work out some of the bugs in the near future.
I especially appreciate the sending of group mail and the interface.
Difficult to take in hand at first but we must get used.
