We have been using Recruitee for a long time. An excellent platform for storing all information about candidates! You can add tags for further filtering (for example, by country, experience, technology, etc.), you can exclude certain tags from the search, which is extremely convenient. Contact information is itself recognized and added to the candidate's profile. You can also leave comments and create comment threads with multiple managers. You can add tasks to each candidate and control their execution. You can also create separate pools of candidates for each request.
So far I haven't found anything I don't like. Buuut When you scroll through the list of candidates and delete a candidate from the pool or from the tag you are looking for, you are thrown to the top of the list - this is annoying
Speeds up the selection of candidates, because I can quickly find the most suitable ones by filtering them by tags. It is convenient to distribute candidates with the same technology to separate pools
Updating data on candidates in their profiles and sharing between recruiters and managers. The ability to quickly select the right specialists by keywords

For me personally, this system helps to select the most suitable candidate by tags. The best thing about Recruitee is that it is very comfortable to use. I would recommend it.
Sometimes it's hard to figure out how best to apply filters. As for me, I have not found any inconveniences or shortcomings in the system.

I have been using recruitee now for 6 months and have come across various situations in which I needed help from the support team to find the best way to utilise the platform to be as efficient as possible. The Support team was fast-acting and on point with solutions to match what I needed for the outcome to be reached. Apart from this, I would say the Automation functionality (emails, scheduling, disqualifications, tests for candidates etc.) is excellent and allows for a lot of hands-on work being offloaded and the event scheduler is a great function and enables candidates to control when they are available for meetings.
The only downside to Recruitee is that you can't (As of yet) create a full job template which can be reused over and over again with the same workflow and automation, but the workaround here is to duplicate current active roles in the same team and simply changes the job description with the new one, or if it is the same role being hired duplicating the role is an instant way to cut out 99% of the work. I appreciate the effort that went into making this platform and keeping up with all the releases as they constantly work and improve the product.
Recruitee is solving the issue of ease of use and freeing up my capacity to work more with candidates in a strategic fashion. We are a fast-growing scale-up business in the SAAS and iGaming space and Recruitee gives me the power to reach out and manage hundreds of candidates on a day-to-day basis which I was never able to do before with such a high volume by myself. The setup and go-live were extremely easy. It is super easy to configure and change things on the way. It has a lot of functions that only pricier ATS have.
The GDPR functions are not intuitive to set up. And API integrations are only for the top tier plan.
Before Recruitee, our "ATS" was some Google Sheets and totally manual. Now, we have automated as many functions as possible.
Keeping track of applications is not even simple; you literally can't miss them; they're there, every single one. And on top of that, sharing them with teammates, hiring managers, and interviewers is one click away, making everything better.
I believe that the scheduling events part is still a bit confusing, whether it is the calendar syncing from everyone involved not done right or just my fear of things not being scheduled.... It could still sync the events scheduled via outlook, for keeping up purposes.
Sharing applicants' profiles with the rest of the hiring team and keeping the reviews of the candidates in one place without having to send multiple emails back and forth.

I loved to explore many features like lots of automation and in depth searching of the prospects. It is indeed helpful in tracking candidates and customized sectioning of pipelines. The reports are very accurate and focused.
There are still certain segments that require improvement, but I can still make sure the software works to the full potential of our company. I saw there road map, and these had updates whichever I required, like customized themes.
Many ATS platforms are there in the market but this is one of the best. The user interface is very clean and simple. We loved the integrations and listed other companies it has in the marketplace. That's how we got to know Testlify that helped us in screening the applicatiants. A must buy
Recruitee is simple to manuever. I love how you can evaluate an applicant and see all candidates that are an excellent fit without having to open each resume to review again.
Recruitee is a great tool to use in searching for that right. The applicants that do not meet the job requirements are scored at a 0, is there a way their profile can be deleted after so many days? Leaving only qualified applicants to review for the interview process.
Finding the "right" person for the position can be difficult. Recruitee helps simplify the task of omitting applicants that do not meet the job requirements. In our face paced environment, I love the 0-100% feature. This allows me to review who we should and should not interview at a glance. Yay. that is exciting to me.
This is a great way to automate your recruitment process, and it helps you stay on top of things. The fully adjustable pipeline will allow for maximum efficiency in how we communicate with potential candidates throughout
I know there are still some integration steps that need to happen, but I'm able work with it. If you have any ideas on how we can make this theme more personalized for our customers though? That would be great!
With a small team and limited resources, we were able to customize Recruitee's modern ATS in just two months. The system is well-integrated for all of its purposes including emailing appointments or scheduling them online and closing a candidate.
It structures our recruiting process and gives a great overview of candidates. Also, it helps to automate many steps (e.g. with automated emails). Outlook integration works fine and Recruitee is easy to use. Before Recruitee, we had no comparable software but were working with emails and Excel tables. I do not have a comparison to other recruiting tools - but compared to what we did before, Recruitee definitely is a great step forward!
So far nothing really. Linkedin integration would be great - but I assume this is not working because we don't have a Linkedin pro account.
Better overview of candidates. Automation of recruiting steps. Faster response to candidates. We don't "forget" candidates anymore and will hopefully stop getting negative feedback for that... Better coordination between different recruiters, managers and HR people
Very easy for all users to use, especially if you have a decentralized hiring process. Intuitive to figure out - practically don't need any training to be able to use the system! The GDPR compliance functionality is fantastic. It has amazing calendar integration for setting up meetings and calls.
At the time we had Recruitee, it did not have capability for EEO tracking. It was not possible to separate a question set from the job to create a workaround EEO tracking either. As I understand it, the product has this feature now.
We were still gathering applications by paper and email at the time we implemented Recruitee. It was a very cost-effective solution to acquire the ATS, and people quickly realized the value of the software.
It is very simple to make PI about of recruitee. We have an automatic template set up after applicants apply that send the PI link.
I have no complaint. It works great for our TA team.
Recruitee makes keeping a pipeline, in order and clean, easy. Easy to use and lots of added tools that allow us to contact applicants in volume.

We are a government contractor in the United States, and as such, I have additional requirements. It can be cumbersome to make sure I am in compliance. But yet again, the Recruitee team makes sure I have assistance.

Change between companies when you have the SSO enforced isn't beneficial at the moment, but I trust their team is working to enhance that functionality in the short future.
The primary process is the candidate's evaluation, interviewing, feedback, and final approvals required in a simplified and intuitive tool. It helps our human resources team to make it possible for the new hires to join promptly.
The most useful functionality I would say is Automation.
I would like to design my app with my Company Logo and colors or other colors - I don't see this as an option now.

At the moment there isn't anything I don't like. Recruitee offers a lot of possibilities, and we are still exploring and researching a lot. Recruitee will always have to focus on making the system more efficient and simpler
