What do you like best about Quixy?

We have found the answer to eliminate all our manual tasks in the form of Quixy. The platform has incredibly helped us to automate all our business processes. This visual builder platform is easy to use and quick to implement. Features, Support, and Ease of use are some of the best words to define this fantastic platform.

What do you dislike about Quixy?

Nothing to dislike at this moment. I and the team is having a great time automating with Quixy.

What problems is Quixy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quixy has helped us in solving the problems which we face daily at our workplace. Manual and paper-based processes were killing our time before we turned to Quixy. This cost-effective platform helped us automate various processes such as Travel Expense Management, Service Ticketing, Project Tracking etc.

"The easiest and most comfortable way to automate processes"
What do you like best about Quixy?

We are happy to rollout Quixy for our HR process. Our experience with Quixy was very smooth and the support we received throughout the period was great. Quixy not only helped us build a cost effective solution but brought great visibility in the entire process. The solution was very intuitive and user friendly that we could build the application the way we wanted it to function and that too with absolutely no code.

What do you dislike about Quixy?

UI can be slightly better. Calendar controls can be improved further.

What problems is Quixy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using Quixy, the entire HR process has been automated within a month. Now, various processes such as Payroll Management, Leave Management, Employee Information Management, Medical Insurance Tracking, Travel Expense Management, Trip Management have been smoothly automated.

What do you like best about Quixy?

Quixy is an easy to use and great workflow management platform that organizations can adopt to configure workflows without writing any code. The customer support provided during the implementation phase was excellent.

What do you dislike about Quixy?

Quixy is far better in terms of support, capabilities and pricing. Based on my one year of experience using this platform, i feel the platform is a perfect fit for organizations that believe in no-code application development.

What problems is Quixy solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have used Quixy to develop few customer-facing applications which are widely used in a typical sea port environment. Apps such as Gate Operations, Container Movement & Tracking have been developed and integrated with 3rd party applications. The application development time has been reduced by 60% compared to the traditional application development life cycle.

What do you like best about Quixy?

The best thing about the platform is that even a complex business process can be automated without writing any code within hours. Quixy has helped us in our digital transformation journey in a cost-effective manner.Quixy has shown us a path to automate our process easily without involving an IT developer. In a way, the platform gave power to the end-user himself to develop apps the way he wanted. The ready to use apps which are available in the library are very useful for the departments to adopt and improvise on top of them.

What do you dislike about Quixy?

Online help content can be improved this will also decrease the load on the support team.

Quixy has helped us in building our daily inspection and survey apps for our facilities. Apps such as Pool Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, Water Treatment have been developed using Quixy.

What do you like best about Quixy?

While my organization was planning to automate various manual and paper-based processes through IT application development, we found this fantastic tool in our research that business users can build their applications without writing any code in a cost-effective manner. Quixy has helped us in a big way by helping us automate with this tool. The customer success team was excellent throughout the journey.

What do you dislike about Quixy?

While the new UI/UX looks excellent, i see scope for improvement in specific areas such as report generation UI.

What problems is Quixy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using Quixy, the team automated various business processes in departments like Finance, HR, Administration, and now we are also using this tool for one of our projects for surveying purposes. The platform is helping us in collecting real-time data from different parts of the states.

What do you like best about Quixy?

Quixy is a comprehensive process management tool which i have ever used. The platform helped us in automating our processes within hours and days in a cost-effective approach. Features such as ready to use templates, document generator helped us running our operations smoothly and in a error free manner.

What do you dislike about Quixy?

There aren't any dislikes but areas such as integrations, data sources and online help content can be improved.

What problems is Quixy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quixy helped us in automating several internal processes with simple drag and drop and business configurations. 90% of our processes within the business development department have been automated within 45 days from the date of adoption. Apps such as Vendor Assessment, Bid Assessment, and Requisitions have been automated.

What do you like best about Quixy?

We learned about this platform through one of our customers who had used Quixy to automate their business processes. Automating using Quixy has been soo easy that we could build applications the way we operate within no time. All our business users themselves developed apps with the support provided by the customer success team. The support provided by Quixy has been amazing throughout the learning period. Ease of Use, Speed, and cost-effectiveness are some of the critical factors for selecting Quixy as our digital transformation partner. Features such as Visual Builder, WOrkflow Configurator and Report Builder are amazing.

What do you dislike about Quixy?

Though the new version had few changes compared to the older versions, which were challenging the Quixy's support team never left us hanging.

What problems is Quixy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quixy has been used to track our on-field workforce who have been deployed to carry out day to day to day survey activities. Using Quixy, the on-field staff could collect the data quickly using the preconfigured forms, and the manager can track the workforce in real-time.

What do you like best about Quixy?

Creating processes without knowledge of any code is the best thing I liked on this platform. The speed and flexibility of the platform was so good that we developed applications and published them in a month. It was very easy to develop – test and make changes on the fly. The support provided by the customer success team during the initial stages of development was amazing. Overall, Quixy has helped us go digital in a cost effective manner.

What do you dislike about Quixy?

The platform worked well with all the applications we developed. Building few map controls will help us in many other ways.

Through Quixy we have automated several processes at Zippr which includes both our internal administrative processes such as leave management, travel expense management, travel requests, inventory and also some of our core processes such as site surveys, workforce management, task management etc.
