I would not change anything as the program is simply perfect.

I love the GPS tracking on the mobile apps. Great for my colleagues out on the road, I can see in real time who is working where and for how long! Also great for job costing!

They have managed to let me see exactly how many billable hours I have for each client. Letting me report this back to the client is a big help.
Before Tsheets, keeping track of employee time and payroll was a nightmare in my commercial cleaning business. What used to take me 2-3 days to process our payroll now takes a matter of minutes and integrates easily with QuickBooks. We service many different locations around the valley and with Tsheets I no longer have to rely on faith that everyone showed up to work. The real time feature allows our managers to login and see who is working and what building they are at. On a daily basis we are able to monitor how much time is spent at each location. This helps us reduce complaints as it gives us the opportunity to manage any problem that would arise from not spending enough time or help reduce costs from employees spending too much time at specific locations. We also use Tsheets as a communication tool between our managers and cleaning crews. They can leave real time notes of any issues or requests which allows us to communicate with our customers within minutes of the note being submitted. RCF Commercial Cleaning and its employees LOVE Tsheets, Plus they are fun to work with which is a huge bonus!! :)

I tired another program and it was just too clunky. I asked my employee to try out TSheets and he loves it. No more unhappy employee!

I am a QuickBooks for Contractors consultant and I recommend TSheets to all of my contractors. In addition to the savings on labor costs and GPS tracking - It eliminates tedious data entry of time sheets. Using TSheets eliminates billing and reporting delays, and has all of the features that contractors need. Every barrier my clients have presented in regard to mobile time tracking have been answered by TSheets. On top of all that, they have the best customer service of any company I've encountered. I can't recommend it enough.
There is nothing about TSheets that I dislike.
Time tracking for job-costing is essential, and without TSheets, tedious and inaccurate. TSheets is the most reasonably priced mobile time tracking app I've encountered that allows for job and item mapping, which is required for job-costing. Contractors often express frustration that their employees are in the field, and it's a challenge to keep track of them and keep them honest about the time they are actually working - TSheets GPS tracking resolves this nicely. Additionaly, many of my contractors ar challenged by employees who don't have smart phones or can't be trusted to enter their own time - TSheets has solved this issue on several levels - one of them being the "Crew app", which allows crew leaders to clock in and out their employees in seconds. TSheets has clearly gotten feedback from their clients about the features they need, and TSheets has definitely listened. I could go on for a while, but I'm out of space!
I have the ability to supervise at a 30,000 foot level with a simple application. I have changed how I interact with my staff by understanding on a moment by moment basis who is handling what client. I appreciate the mobility of this application.
I wish they would use the GPS location tracking to track my mileage.
I can utilize the data for analysis of billable vs non-billable time for my staff, invoicing for time billing, and simple and quick payroll creation for those on my team who are hourly employees. I also am very serious about class and job costing.
TSheets is an excellent time tracking system that we sell to our clients as it integrates with QuickBooks. The staff and customer service are exceptional and always a pleasure to work with.

TSheets is easy to setup and navigate, and the actual time entry is a breeze. And it's accessible from anywhere and on any platform.

Manual time sheet entry! My staff and I used to fill out daily time sheets, then at month end I would have to review all the entries and summarize by client. Then a staff person had to enter the information in a spreadsheet where I would calculate the client billing. All this took several administrative hours each month. Because of the reports I get from TSheets, i can get my monthly billing done in less than an hour and there are no extra hours wasted by my team! I love how efficient we have become because of TSheets.

Every hour spent on a client is accounted for by clocking in and out on a job and categorizing the type of work. A note field allows the user to enter in valuable information that can be used on an invoice. It has seamless integration with a variety of software programs (QuickBooks and Zen Payroll) as well as payroll companies.
My biggest dislike is that I didn't discover it soon enough. I was spending money on another program that was overkill just to capture time.
This software revolutionizes the ability to enter time, manage time, and use time for paying employees and billing the client. It reduces the amount of data entry which yields efficiency and accuracy. It tracks PTO, allows for approval of time BEFORE it is entered into the accounting system. It has a dashboard of the workers and their current productivity and it has GPS tracking on smart phones. There is not enough space here to give all of the benefits!
QuickBooks Time is very intuitive and easy to use. No matter where you are you can open the app and clock in and keep accurate time.
There isn't anything that I dislike about the software. Everything works fine, no complaints.
QuickBooks Time helps maintain employee timesheets and provides employee tracking to ensure everyone is clocking in at their job sites, on time and working throughout the day.
That all of our timekeeping needs are in one app/program. I can quickly view who is working and make changes or updates if needed. The ease of use for the employees is excellent too.
It would be help to have more grouping options for our needs.I also don't like that only the admin can do updates, it would be nice to have granting permission options.
It has decreased the our employees choosing the wrong projects that they are working on.
I like that you can view time-based on job or employee. It also integrates with Quickbook Payroll. Employees can Clock in at each job and there is Geo-Tracking.

When I need to bill customers for my employee's time it's easy to create a report specific to each customer.

I love that Quickbooks Time integrates with my other QuickBooks software without adding any extra steps. When it comes time to run payroll, you can review everything in one place.
The interface isn't the most attractive when compared to other software options out there, but it does the job. I do wish I could have internal projects on timesheets as well.
We were using another timesheets software previously and it took a ton of time to manually count up hours to run payroll. Switching to Quickbooks Time saves administrative time and also allows us to approve things in one process.
I appreciate the fact that the data sheet is in QuickBooks Payroll. Also, I really like new device that allows me configure which employees can see my arrival details and allows them to select where they would like to work. During business hours, going to and from work is very convenient for workers. It is awesome because I can do it from anywhere, including my phone, so I don't have to go anywhere to do it. I really like the freedom managers have when assigning or adjusting work hours.
You can not change or re-instate the number of employee hours for a selected employee. We're using a different payroll scheme. We are in the process of switching to T-sheets and Natural site. The last full-time job did not link to the payroll vendor.
T-chips have not been in use for a while, but I still like the features of this product. It's really helpful for workers to keep control of the resources to identify what tasks they're currently working on! It assists us in inventory management!
It has many features and settings, but can also manage projects, timesheets, invoices and the like. Even more than that, it now has the ability to monitor your location as well. It integrates well with QuickBooks Online and would be useful for most businesses. There are many approaches to creating stories, so you can get the best possible story out of a given situation. The support is plentiful and wonderfully equipped.
The interface may be overwhelming at first, but once you master it, you see all its great benefits. There should be a dedicated desktop app when I'm not using my phone.
With project and client tracking, I've never had to track my time in QuickBooks Online. There is a good graphical representation of my time usage in the project report.
Purges has excellent customer service. The response time is quick but more importantly, they go an extra mile to provide service. Whenever I need help, I always prefer to chat rather than call. Every time I have had a difficult problem, even if it was resolved in the chats, I have been asked if I want someone to call and talk to me live about the necessary steps. This last issue was handled by Dawn S. It was a pleasure to talk to her because she helped me clear up some confusion.
I didn't enjoy it at all. The only thing I would add or change would be adding an app that allows you to track subcontractors on the job site, not just employees. Maybe there is an option that might cost more, but I don't see it.
TSheets allows us to track the number of hours spent on a project, which is usually hard to do if we don't bill clients by the hour. This will give us more data to assess if we are charging enough for the work we are doing.
For almost two years we have been using this approach with no problems, so I've never called my self help group. Currently, we added the TS portion to a different Quickbook file, so I called their help to direct me through mediation. Rachel spoke a few minutes, and I'm never so glad about the customer service I received from one individual after hanging up!
It takes a while for reports to use it, and when you learn how to manage them, and even when handling a brand-new articles to update your results, it's fairly straightforward.
The participation of their work / comparison of concrete proof with compensation of theirs is not difficult. Furthermore, I guarantee that they practice efficiently and quickly as I know that they are responsible for their own income.
Checks are an excellent way to calculate the cost of labour. Subtract from overhead 10-20 hours and place 17 hours of check on the QBO link! The most important thing is that I can find time to resolve problems with live chat, answer questions and also help the office staff without worrying about getting help over the phone!
Modifying the timecard may be an issue. For example, if at any point (double payment) you try to change the lot amount, it will not stay on the specific date of each agent. I think you're going to want to go to the party.
With time and on/off functions, I could simplify monitoring of time for my staff. Other software were hard to use as they did not allow personnel to record their time correctly.
