Great functionality, allows you to create custom groups and each group to see a ddiferent agenda of the event, polls, reactions, etc. - very technologically advanced app. It is very easy to operate - both from a user and an administrator perspective. The option of notifications was very helpful - they could be scheduled in advance, but also sent immediately. Nunify support team was excellent throughout the entire process - from the launch till the end of the event. I would highly recommend using this app.
All is good, cannot think of anything bad
It was the primary tool for our leadership conference agenda and all the logistics details related to the event. It was great to have everything in one place. It was easy to edit the info when we needed to add or change something.
Easy-to-use backend for event organisers. I loved that I can create custom groups of attendees in the app, and this made networking at the event much easier. The whole process of creating and customizing the app is very intuitive. Attendees also loved and actively used the app before, during, and even after the event.
I was pleased with everything. When I came up with an idea to improve functionality, Nunify team was ready to respond, and started working on this new feature.
Running a conference is a great deal about creating a community of like-minded individuals. Nunify helped me achieve this with its rich range of features. By creating custom groups in the app, attendees of similar specializations / interests found each other in the conference crowd much easier. This improves attendee satisfaction with the event, and they are more likely to return the following year.

One standout feature was the real-time updates and notifications. This allowed for seamless communication with all attendees, ensuring everyone was informed about any schedule changes, announcements, or important updates. The push notifications were timely and kept everyone on the same page throughout the event.
I did not find any downsides to using Nunify.
On the organizational side, the backend management tools were robust, allowing for easy content updates, session changes, and attendee tracking. The analytics provided valuable data for post-conference evaluations, helping us understand attendee engagement and areas for improvement in future events.
Although the app itself is superb, i have to say that the support, help ad advice we have received from the Nunify team is exemplary.
Only a slight quibble - the package pricing is a little confusing but the team walk you through when asked.
We used to print off event packs for our customer events. This is more cost affective, better for the environment and more interctive for the delegates. Our custromers loved using Nunify
Used this app for my wedding. Made the guest management super easy and convenient. It was easy to share all details about all the functions and rituals as well as receiving updates and pictures from everyone.

The Mobile App has key funtionality with easy admin and user interface for event managers and attendees. There is a bit of a learning curve for us, like any software, but the learning curve is complemented by outstanding Nunify's customer service support. Our team is very small and as a result our implementation time line for integration and development is very short. Support services at Nunify is very dedicated to ensuring our launch for our first event is successful. The integration process was remarkably smooth. The integration team demonstates remarkable knowledge, profesionalism, and respect. I also like the fact that the development team seems to be pushing out new functionality based on customer needs very quickly. Contract terms and conditions were fair and managable for us as a small nonprofit. I look forward to writing more reviews once we go live and hold our conference with great user experiences.
Right now I can't point to anything negative about Nunify. If Nunify does not have the embedded solutuon in their platform they have an integrated partner to work with with for add-ons etc. And they are very up front in sales about what will work, what won't and how to get their. I appreciated that too!
Nunify integratied with our AMS easily. Many competitors wtih comparable products don't offer this service. Nunify made the integration process excellent and it's helping our overall operations and makes the Mobile App that much better. I look forward to growing with Nunify down the road as both our existing AMS and our Nunify Mobile App are new and we are just beginning to understand the capabiliities and the reach. As mentioned perviousl,y given our time line we are stretched resource wise,to launch our App and Lead Retrieval tool, and we were up front about that with Nunify at the start. They are helping us meet our deadlines/timelines with their prompt and knowledgable resources, and seemingly always with a smile.

Having used the Nunify app for a wedding event, I found it to be very informative as well as engaging. The push notifications were very strategically used for all updates and announcements. The gamification aspect was also very interesting and allowed all guests to have fun and interact with each other. Would love to use the app for other events as well.
Everything was great, no glitches, no promotions, no issues as such.
It served as a central contact centre for all guests at the event and all information could be found in there. It also increased the overall engagement rate.
Creating a great whitelabeled conference app requires considering the needs of both conference organizers and attendees, as well as the user experience. Nunify has all of these.

The platform allows you to interact with other attendees just as easily as you would have during an in-person event. I have attended many virtual events in the past one year but truly enjoyed the experience on Nunify. The lounge spaces allowed me to network and have interesting in-video conversations with others.
Nothing to dislike about it. It is a very ideal platform used for a great virtual event experience.
As an attendee, it is quite difficult to stay connected with the proceedings of the event virtually. On Nunify, it was made quite simple and easy. I could walk out of a room if I didn’t like the session there and join another session in a different room. Plus, I could join the event remotely which I think wouldn’t have been possible if the event was happening in-person.
The platform is highly versatile, allowing to navigate from one session to the other and easily connect with fellow users. It also integrates a ticketing system that makes it easy to organize your event

Over the past year I have been a speaker at over 30 plus conference but never seen a platform like nunify. I attended four webinars and conferences until date on nunify (thrice as speaker and once as attendee). And every single time nunify has impressed with the ease of experience. The speaker lounge is quite unique and it allowed me to interact with fellow panelists similar to back-room in real events. Also liked that in our panel discussions, there was no disturbance from the audience by unmuted mics but at the same time during Q&A the organiser was able to bring them live. h And amazing audio & video. One very unique thing I have never seen before is that I could play videos directly from platform instead of screen share. So quality was very clear Lastly love the nunify support team - Very helpful and gave good tips before event - especially for no tech person like me.
In one event organiser could have done better job with streamlining where my keynote started. In the first event in August 2020 nunify did not have mobile app but after that mobile app support was very good.
Playing recorded video/ppt in other platform is a very big problem, but with nunify I could send to organizer who queued it up for my session just like in-person event Another very good nunify feature I like is inside session very good audience interaction but did not interfere in my keynote. I could see audience clap and thumbs up reactions without disturbing me and later could answer questions which got missed out during session.
Our initial plan was to use Zoom, similar to last year to launch our Fall collection until we got recommended nunify. It's the best decision we took since it solved all the issues we had last year. Nunify allowed us to brand the complete experience with our fashion collection - especially the platform's ability to use dynamic content. Our design team loved the flexibility. Another beneficial feature for us was to stream pre-recorded video directly from the platform instead of share the screen. It allowed us to showcase rampwalks we shot pre-event while we came live on screen. They also allowed us to open video meeting rooms with future partners and customers. We never imagined we could close sales during the event. Lastly their support is just incredible - very helpful and we felt they were a part of our team
A few attendees did ask us why the OTP unlike direct like, but we liked it since it allowed us to ensure who attended the event rather than anonymous. Request integration to instagram
The biggest problem we had with Zoom last year was no branding and very poor quality video stream with pre-recorded videos. Other issues that nunify helped solve is to verify the people who attended the event - we never could get our attendee database previously
I like that they charged me 20% on tickets and I had access to all of the features. I like that they have so many features that are customizable for your virtual event. I hosted my very first virtual summit , I was able to have an event website, set up my agenda for all of my speakers and sessions, some spoke live some pre-recorded , I played videos from youtube and even streamed onto facebook for a bit. I was able to place ads onto my summit . I loved the break out room feature. Nunify also have exhibit booth feature which I wanted to use and will next time. I was able to register all of my speakers for free . I set the price of my tickets. Ticketing was done on the event website which I built on nunify. I was able to select my own colors and background . I love creating so I took my time over the course of a few weeks. I was very please with the support team because they answered all of my questions and helped me everytime I got stuck , up to the day of my event they were there for me . Nunify is literally a one stop shop for virtual events and unexplanably well priced . I loved that the team video chatted with me and gave me a tour of Nunify . I had a great experince with them and would recommend this platform to anyone new or experienced at hosting virtual events
Due to Nunify's diy style ,if you are not into creating or don't have the time it may present a challenge , however I believe that the support team will be able to help.
I was able to use the platform to gather my supporters and launch my very first summit for my very new community. I love that I did not have to host it on facebook or zoom , I love that it was branded with my community . I also love the fact that all of my live videos were recorded so I have footage of my entire summit and can replay anytime.
