"Meistertask the easily synchronized task management tool"
What do you like best about MeisterTask?

Allows work groups to manage tasks used as an application tool sharing many similarities these services help to organize and manage tasks in processes in courses by default adapts to the needs of the organization and is reasonably priced in the market adapting to customer needs including free plans at an affordable monthly cost with a price slightly below the competition as an attractive online software can connect to multiple statistical checklists and searchable reports people in the education sector and nonprofit get a 50 percent discount.

What do you dislike about MeisterTask?

The projects can be shared or private in different ways and for different purposes without limits of work in progress and extremely is that many times the tasks are returned I find it overwhelming maintaining the work aspect a very linear logic and little active making really short compared to other software after loading a file in a task can not be downloaded immediately is not really optimized as it must process very slow the file even being a free tool seems great.

What problems is MeisterTask solving and how is that benefiting you?

Help with the rapid organization and tracking of tasks can immediately download real-time optimized and process the maximum files in the education sector and nonprofit a cost of up to 50 percent discount for workers in a certain way adapts to customer needs including plans for full-time people is a fantastic design allows you to add people to certain parts of each project using the program immediately in all management to tickest with suppliers and prevent emails back and forward.

"It’s a great app if your workflow calls for it"
What do you like best about MeisterTask?

It’s designed beautifully and easy to use. The additions they did to the Kanban system especially with the addition of a to-do list inside cards and due dates are certainly very helpful. Although I do think some work needs to be done particularly on displaying them and making them work seamlessly (without having to click on the cards one by one to check).

What do you dislike about MeisterTask?

1. Biggest pet peeve - it seems to be an Electron app and not a native Mac app. While usable, I don’t think there is advantage to using MeisterTask on desktop compared to iPad/iPhone - I personally think something could be done to make the Mac app more distinctive compared to the iPad/iPhone app. 2. Also, being a web app, it’s performance is wanting compared to native Mac kanban app. I would open my laptop from sleep, go directly to MeisterTask, click on a card and start editing something halfway until it refreshes to a blank screen and the card display reappearing without saving my changes. Accordingly it becomes unresponsive once my laptop is disconnected from the internet. I tried some native Mac kanban apps through the App Store and all of them - without exceptions - performs much, much better. 3. Pricing. There’s a large jump between USD per month to USD 8.25. For something that I use personally without any team members to manage my workflow, 3 projects in the free tier is not very workable. It’s a very small number. I don’t need the unlimited projects of the USD 8.25 either. Something right in the middle (for example, let’s say 50 projects) with a more reasonable pricing would work. It’s much more expensive than Trello without much of the advantages. 4. Speaking of the USD 8.25 pricing, the paywall. I believe there’s been a new feature locked only for the business/enterprise users...which the Pro users does not really have an access to. It might’ve been a useful feature for productivity, but there’s no option for the Pro users to say trial that new feature (if you want to move them up to the Business accounts) or add on top of their Pro subscription, which, for the price and the relative lack of meaningful update, is still a bit too expensive for me. 5. Relative lack of new features. I’m not really sure whether there is a roadmap of what would be introduced to the app (particularly for the non-Business users?) I do think that there’s a lot that could be worked on such as (a) displaying to-do items directly on cards, (ii) “nested” kanban (so that it would be possible to have a kanban for a general work overview and then another one for each card to manage the minute details of your work or (iii) column autosort based on due dates (I’m not sure whether this is already in?) 6. Adjustment for personal use. This is more about how I use MeisterTask but if you’re a personal user, you probably won’t need the “assign work” feature. It would be great if that could be switched off as the user badges kind of clutters the interface.

What problems is MeisterTask solving and how is that benefiting you?

Despite much of my complaints, I do think it’s a pretty useful app. It’s certainly very helpful in managing workstreams (especially if you have a lot of them).

"MeisterTask as a solution to increase your company's collaboration and productivity."
What do you like best about MeisterTask?

MeisterTask is one of the best task management tools identified on the web, maintains an incredible simple learning curve that projects important knowledge, which are totally necessary to understand its advanced features in the field, with a fairly flexible panel that fits properly to the environment of the organization, which uses its features, most of all to the team workflow that is required for the effectiveness of this software, mentioning that it is very easy to manage projects at the same time, saving various amounts of time for the work process.

What do you dislike about MeisterTask?

Based on the prices, this software maintains options with different functionalities in each of the versions it offers, which sometimes most of these tend to have high prices, and likewise can be a little difficult to choose the appropriate extension for the work environment of the company that requires these solutions, being a problem, since mostly several of these are needed for a good job, making the cost rise unwisely.

What problems is MeisterTask solving and how is that benefiting you?

We chose to work with this software, because its functionalities are essential in great amounts, since its rate of success to culminate with the daily work, daily, is elevated, being of great importance to fulfill our work thus to arrive at the predicted objectives and to make concrete the statistical and economic results that are so hoped for in our organization, compiling the flows of work based on all that has to execute this one day, confirming an increase in the collaboration between teams and of equal way the productivity.

"Great App solution for project and task management"
What do you like best about MeisterTask?

I love the posibility of having shared projects with colleagues were anyone can input information. The layout and themes are also something nice. The user experience is friendly, since the learning curve is not that steep. Customization is also a nice factor to the app. I mostly use is in the desktop, so I cannot give much feedback on how it runs on the mobile phone.

What do you dislike about MeisterTask?

The relations on projects is not working for me, when I block certain tasks that are dependant on others being completed first, I can still modify them. Also the time tracking tool I quite don't find it useful, I use a third app for that since is more practical in the input of every task. Would also love the possibility of having one task being related to same task in other project, so that by completing it in one, would automatically be completed in a second related project.

What problems is MeisterTask solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keep track of everyones task and also being able to organize yourself in all the duties and deadlines you need to feel. If well implemented in a company, could help immensesly in the efficiency of the team and deparment managers. Specially in communication so that not to loose time in trying to find out who is doing what. That comes very in hand for entrepreneurs since is common not to have all processes very well stablished.

"Clean, simple and intuitive project management solution"
What do you like best about MeisterTask?

MeisterTask has a clean and user-friendly design that enables users to leverage this project management solution remarkably easily. Also, it's pretty straightforward to manage several projects and sub-tasks at the same time.

What do you dislike about MeisterTask?

One feature that I feel is lacking on MeisterTask is a workflow calendar, highlighting scheduled and completed tasks daily, allowing for a complete picture of job productivity.

What problems is MeisterTask solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can create, manage, and work on several projects simultaneously with MeisterTask, even when working from different locations. The more significant benefit of using this software is that it is straightforward, reasonably priced, and widely available due to its cross-platform compatibility.

"Amazing app, changed our team working habits"
What do you like best about MeisterTask?

Since we started with MeisterTask we have developed a much more agile communication. Email exchanged dropped to almost zero on some projects run on MeisterTask. We can now have an overlook of the status of each project and how is in charge for what. This guys made a great job and it works seamlessly on every platform. Couldn't live without :-)

What do you dislike about MeisterTask?

Could have more integration. Could do a gant chart view.

"Using MeisterTask to streamline my game development"
What do you like best about MeisterTask?

MeisterTask is very intuitive, the flow just feels right. I love that it syncs between the browser app and my phone app. I can be sitting on the thrown and have a task idea, write it down, and when I get back to my desk its waiting to be implemented. Using this app has breathed new life into my game development production flow.

What do you dislike about MeisterTask?

No complaints! Really its great. I Highly recommend it.

What problems is MeisterTask solving and how is that benefiting you?

MeisterTask helps me juggle all the ideas I have for my production. I used to get distracted with new ideas, and bounce back in forth trying to implement everything at once, but never really finishing anything completely. Now I can focus on one task at a time. And as new ideas pop into my head, I jump into MeisterTask, write them down, and then get back to focus on the task at hand.

"The Most LIvely and Efficient Project Management Tool"
What do you like best about MeisterTask?

What I love most about MeisterTask is that when I start or return to a project it doesn't feel like I'm facing work! The ease of use and the array of customizations stimulates your energy and enables you to do more. And, should I not forget the daily inspiration! Moreover, the ability to work with MindMeister mapping your ideas and simply create or convert your tasks into a project is time efficient and Awesome!

What do you dislike about MeisterTask?

What I dislike most about MeisterTask are its reports and layouts; notwithstanding, I'm pleased with the recent timeline update which is similar to the Gantt chart. Lastly, the inability to quickly switch from one project to the other; in addition, the inability to move a task from one block to the other without select the project for which you're already in. I like the fact that I can see other projects to send a task to, but I don't like that I need to verify the Project I'm in to move to complete, etc.

What problems is MeisterTask solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems I'm solving deal with getting things done accurately and on time in the L&D arena.
