It is very easy to put together an email that looks absolutely amazing even if you know nothing about coding.

It's not easy to do double opens and I had to research how to unsubscribe in bulk. It would be good to allow attachments (for giveaways)

We have had low open rates on what we used before and we are happier with MailerLite.

I like the simplicity in MailerLite - I can connect it with my Wordpress blog very easily and start to send newsletters to my readers of my blog for free.

I really miss an iPad app. Mobile version of the web works good, but app is an app.

I am not solving any problems with MailerLite. I like the benefit of integrated web forms which I can use.

What I like the most is how easy and fast was to build different newsletters and to manage mailing lists. It has saved me a lot of development time and the newsletters look very good and clean. It's also cheaper and with better quality than other newsletter services I've used.

Their new editor seems to generate a bit larger emails that get cropped in gmail if they are too long but with testing and a few adjustments it can be easily solved so it isn't a problem. Other than that detail, their service is great.

I work for a university that has different newsletters for several groups of users, including students, teachers and authorities and it has made the process easier and saved a lot of time.

I like email marketing automation, A/B testing, auto-resend functions. I am getting great results when using it.

I haven't faced with any issues yet and i hope that it won't happen in future.

I love the simplicity of the platform and a low learning curve to get things going. The design aspect is great with lots of layout choices, fonts, and colors. Any question and/or problem I had were taken care of immediately, even though they're headquarters is located overseas.

The only thing I can think if is the pricing per subscriber level and if the subscriber number drops below it. The yearly amount isn't tweaked to reflect those changes, which is costly.

I love the streamlining, and I don't have to constantly check the automations.

I would appreciate more options for creating forms which can be embedded into my website. Plus the website of Mailerlite is sometimes too slow (slowly loading).

I am an early adopter of MailerLite and refer it all the time. It's free for businesses that are just starting out- but doesn't skimp on features like automation, list segmentation, or beautiful opt-in form creators! It's easy to integrate into your website, or can be used as a stand-along email collector and list manager. so much love!

I wish there were more pop-up form options, but this service is always growing and adapting, so I'm sure they are on the way!

Mailerlite is very easy to use, and it's easy to do things like create segments, run reports (not robust but general) and the best part is, it's hundreds of dollars less a month, than other email marketing solutions out there! Amazing value.

I wish the reporting was more robust. Although for the pricing, I think it's fair to say I am getting what I pay for. Although I'd be likely to pay more for more in depth analytics.

By utilizing things like segments and groups, we have been able to target our campaigns and we have seen excellent ROI on this element.

MailerLite offers a full-featured Mail Chimp or Constant Contact competitor at a fraction of the cost.

Their support is in Europe so the hours aren't always convenient.

MailerLite has given me a way to send out 100k emails a month to my email list automatically via their RSS feed feature. I rarely have to login to touch the campaign - it just goes automatically. In addition to the time-saving RSS feature, their email capture features have helped me add over 1,000 email addresses to my list. Again, these features come with the bigger name products, but cost much, much more.

The shopify integrations are my favorite part. I also really love how simple the UI and how easily I picked up the platform.

There are no SMS integrations at the moment.

Mailerlite is a bargain compared to other providers like Mailchimp. The free account gives you access to powerful features not available with rivals. Easy to use interface, great email design tool & free email automation tools.

Fewer integrations than other providers so may not be as useful for everyone
