what I like the most is the speed and security it offers to my website. Since moving to Kinsta, I have noticed a huge difference in the loading speed of my website, which has significantly improved the user experience.
Pricing can be a little high, While I understand quality comes at a price, it would be great if they could offer more affordable plans and while tech support is exceptional I wish they would offer a phone support option as sometimes it's more easy to resolve issues by speaking directly with a representative

We have been using G2 for about 6 months now and it's definitely a great step up compared to other providers. We host a woocommerce website and we needed to accelerate deployment and overall speed. Kinsta helpes with both. The ability to use production and stating envs is amazing.
Support is great but sometimes slow, a few times I definitely had the impression they were overwhelmed and coulnd't help in a few minutes as advertised. Other than that they always solved every single problem we had.
Running Woocommerce and Wordpress in general is about speed, I feel like Kinsta is really helping us with a set of features already integrated (CDN) that are usually difficult to configure and find in the same vendor.

I like their support - these guys are very professional and available anytime. Also, I like their Control Panel. And, of course, the site speed matters.
I think they are a bit expensive compared to similar premium WP hostings.
1) Site speed. Now my website is much faster. 2) Updates and fixes on the server. I don't have to follow all the trends and some vulnerability reports to update PHP version or other server stuff. Kinsta team do it instead of me.
I came to Kinsta after having problems with my previous host, both in terms of site performance and support. I did a lot of research before moving hosts and one name continually appeared in people's lists of recommendations - Kinsta. My main concern was the speed of my site and that improved tenfold after moving to Kinsta, and then I wanted fast and efficient customer service and Kinsta have definitely stepped up to mark on that issue as well.
I have had little to complain about with regards to my experiences at Kinsta, they did recently raise their prices for the plan I am on by $5 a month, and that is the only thing I have even the slightest complaint about, but they were open and transparent and explained why they were doing it and I am happy to pay the extra for their hosting.
I am not particularly techy, so when I moved my site across to Kinsta I wanted it to be as hands-off from my point of view as possible, and it was I didn't have to worry about anything. When Google introduced their new Core Web Vitals, Kinsta support went above and beyond in assisting me with my queries, queries that actually weren't even related to their hosting! Most recently they were very helpful when I needed to verify my domain for Cloudflare and explained things to me in simple terms and helped me through the whole process. In short I have rarely needed to contact Kinsta support, but whenever I have they have been excellent.
I tried three other hosts before I found Kinsta. I was trying to keep costs low but the others I'd tried weren't able to deal with the demands of my server intensive site. I thought I was going to have to triple my hosting bill to get the performance that I need, so I couldn't believe it when I tried Kinsta's most basic plan, and it blew the others out of the water for only a fractionally higher monthly cost. They also have excellent customer service, and are the only host I've used that allows me to to instantly and seemlessly change server size up and down in real time, charging me per day based on whichever size I've used.
Kinsta doesn't yet have seamless continuous deployment integration with github etc, though apparently it's in the pipeline. I'm really looking fowarrd to that being rolled out.

Kinsta provides a fast and easy to use platform for website hosting. I have seen many different hosting providers and I have to say Kinsta is my favourite now. My server location is in Las Vegas and personally I locate in Finland. I have not experienced slow or lagging website performance in all 3 months I have been a client. The Control panel for a website is easy to use and support is always there for me when I need help.
I don't experience negative sides when using Kinsta. It's easy and fast to take advantage of all features to speed up the website. Free CDN could be installed via link to GODADDY but it takes anyway less than a minute to update nameservers manually so no problem.
Simply having great website speed and uptime performance is enough for me to choose Kinsta. Also, one-click support is something I appreciate. The Control panel of the website is clear and simple to use.
I use Kinsta for hosting an ecommerce site. I have had no problems and when I have questions, they are answered quickly. I have not used any other competitors.
Of course, I would like a service that was a little cheaper. Start up costs for small businesses are already high and I would like to see the basic hosting fee a little less to help with that.
My uptimes are great. One thing I like is that there is very little I have to do to maintain the service. This gives me more time to work on growing the business.

Easy to migrate the site from any cloud to kinsta. Good customer support. Kinsta provides good statistics about the site, like the number of unique visitors, bandwidth usage by users/pages. Provides secure FTP and DB access to make the changes if required. Good CDN service.
Compared to other vendors, Kinsta is a bit costly. It provides only one premium migration for free. They will charge 100$ for premium migration service.

I can't chat directly with the staff in the dashboard via Intercom, even though I don't use any ad blocker.

I have no complaints about the service because everything works perfectly, they fulfill what was promised, but the cost is high compared to other hosting services, but I understand the great professional support and it helps to solve my web problems and applications within the hosting.
