"Best Live Chat and Viable tool"
What do you like best about Click2Magic?

The best thing is its functionality. We have tried few other live chats at our company, but I and my team are very satisfied with Click2Magic. My team can chat with multiple customers without any problem. Canned responses are aligned perfectly, and customers can get 24/7 support

What problems is Click2Magic solving and how is that benefiting you?

The first thing my staff is able to handle multiple customers, and no one is calling us back, all the queries are being answered in the chat without any delay, as earlier we used to receive many calls in a day from our customers questioning us about my staff availability.
