How we can tailor the pipelines, stages, emails etc.
There are some things that could be better, but they are minor.
Time and differentiation of candidates.
The fact that I can handle to many candidates at the same time with an agile methodology and a kanban dashboard. This is extremely useful. I could save their cvs by creating a page for applicants, schedule phases and interviews, request and send files, and create templates for emailing.
The UX and UI experience could be better. Yes, you have a lot a functionalities, but sometimes you feel lost in the platform, you don't know where to go to accomplished a task.
You solve all the flow conflicts when you have to hire a certain amount of people. I would say, I'd use you only if I will get a lot of applications for a job offer and I need to quickly filter all.
Breezy HR makes it easy to see everything clearly and know exactly what needs to be done. It also makes the application process easy, so people are more willing to apply!
It would be helpful if Breezy could do more. While it is nice that it is simple and easy to use, it could have more added features such as sending adobe sign documents through it.
It allows us to see all the applicants easily and where they are in the process. It also makes it easy for hiring managers to join and see just their job postings. This allows us to have different hiring managers with different job postings easily view just their job opening.
Easy to use and navigate. Everything is very visible and organised
There isen´t anything that I dislike. Sometimes is a bit slow but otherwise it is good.
It shows me very specific all the candidates
Can easily filter applicants and share between hiring teams. Also schedule interviews and keep track of applications in the recruitment process.
The downsides are that you cannot reschedule interviews within the site if the candidate scheduled the interview. Also the work history does not ask for dates of employment.
Recruiting across multiple platforms and keeping applicant tracking in an organized manner.
I like the "kanban" feel of the candidates moving through phases in the hiring process. I like the integration with tools like hacker rank. I like the usability of team scorecards, comments section (with markdown), CV embed, etc.
Some pet peeves are: - still a bit hard to use markdown in comments for some advanced cases - integration with hackerrank doesn't update the score after manual evaluation of test - a bit cumbersome to find people whose name isn't in english (in Spanish we want to search "á" and "a" as the same letter, but Breezy differentiates)
The colaboration between the HR team and the IT team is seamless for scheduling interviews and grading potential candidates throughout the different stages of interviews and tests.
It allows me to update each candidate I have interviewed by stating notes, updating their status, and sending emails automatically.
It takes 24 hours for the job ad to be live :(
Updates on each candidate! Previously I relied on BaseCamp to update the candidates I have interviewed which can be troublesome as I have to scroll up of the page to view the information needed. With Breezy HR, things become easier to keep track of each candidate. This is beneficial not only to me but also to the other managers as well. If I have forgotten the candidates that I have interviewed previously, Breezy HR can help to remind me about it :)
The ability to create candidate pools and add tags is beyond ideal. I've been looking for software that can do this and was starting to lose hope until I found BreezyHR!
The only thing I would say I "dislike" about BreezyHR is the cost. I currently only use BreezyHR as a candidate database, meaning I don't post ads or actively source through this platform. I wish there were an option to access all the database features at a lower cost.
Prior to BreezyHr I was maintaining my candidate database through an excel spreadsheet. With 38 locations I recruit for, I am sure you can understand what a mess that was. Creating pools, tagging candidates by critical criteria, and finding candidate information is a BREEZE.
Integration with various job boards too & link with Linkedin.
Not that I found any, but there is always room for improvement.
Candidate management, candidate data and teams
I think one of the most helpful things in Breezy HR is the fact that I can easily create new pools to keep my candidates organized. I like that the stages are easy to use and manage, you can just drag candidates from one stage to the other without much hassle. It is also very efficient at gathering information from candidates once you upload the resume. It populates everything quickly.
The only thing I dislike is the fact that there is no easy way to merge contacts or duplicates. Salesforce used to have an option to instantly merge accounts.
We're able to keep our applicants easily organized, post, CVs, and everything pertaining to each application. It makes our team more productive since it's a single system to access and see what anyone else has worked on. You don't need to ask each person individually what their interaction was or how the interview went, you can just see the notes.
Breezy is capable of doing almost every "HR related" task all in one place and it even automates a lot of the tasks! It makes it very easy to see all applicants for each position and to move them from one stage to the next, making sure that "no one gets lost" or "slips through the cracks". The automation allows you to save time on the trivial and use the time at reviewing and interviewing the candidates. Once it's all set-up and you have a little time to use and work with it, it's so simple, effective and efficient! The customer service folks were very friendly and helpful, and my "account manager" was very responsive in helping me troubleshoot and get things up and running.
This isn't a "dislike" per se, but it does take a while to set everything up and it's a bit of a learning curve because there are so many interconnected pieces. It was a little challenging figuring out where to start when it came to setting it up because so much depended on something else. While there were good step-by-step tutorials for individual tasks, it would have been helpful to have a "getting starting checklist", maybe even a few different versions, based on the needs and size of the company. There definitely was some "guessing" on my part to get it all set up and some of it was a bit counterintuitive. I also didn't like that Indeed didn't "play well" with Breezy, although I am fairly sure that it wasn't Breezy's fault. Just stay on top of it the first time you activate jobs to make sure Indeed approves and links your ATS to your Indeed account.
It houses everything-- application, references, applicant information, resumes-- all in one place, and everything is integrated together. It's saving me time on data management and giving me more time to find, interview and hire qualified folks! Automating the references and paperwork when folks get moved to different stages is SO efficient!
I love the ease of use from setting up users, to creating job postings.
It can be a bit tedious to go through all the steps and determine pipelines, applications, interview scorecards. We've also had some technical issues that are taking a long time to solve.
Breezy is solving our organization which is multi-site keep the recruiting process moving and allowing hiring managers to move quickly through the hiring process.
We can tailor Breezy to our needs. It's great!
I wish that there was more in-person support offered on the lower business levels
Organization, helping with KPIs; it's making us efficient.
I like the ease of use of the ATS. One of the key features I like is the Kanban-style view of candidates in the various swimlanes. It helps provide an easy view of where candidates are in the process. One of the only ATS platforms I've seen that offers this view.
It's a very economic platform. The only portion I do not like is the incremental pieces you have to buy to get what you need but this makes more sense when you're a smaller company to buy for what you need I guess.
Again, the ease of use and quick ability to amend our processes with ease is a game changer. I've worked with larger ATS which made it incredibly hard for any type of quick modifications.
its so easy to use, very intuitive and practical
it has failed several times recently for all app
it helps me a lot for the administration of candidates as well as seeing ther evaluations
