I use box at work and It's excellent for communication.

It's frustrating sometimes that it doesn't update in real time and you have several people working on the same document.

Mostly communication issues. We have dozens of interns who work 8-20 hours a week so we need to be able to communicate between us fluidly.

Box a tool that consists of the storage of data or information in the cloud, which has many benefits at the business level as a personal one, in both aspects it has benefits, since it offers packages for both private users and for companies and is undoubtedly a service that Nowadays it becomes necessary, among what I like the most about Box is that it allows you to share content with all the network of people that is necessary in real time without it being necessary to send information to user by user, information shared through box by the organization or the members of the organization to which we belong can be viewed from any device, either tablets, cell phones or laptops. And one of the most important things in my opinion and what I like most is that it can be viewed online without the need to download the documents, thus streamlining the process, besides that they can be edited from the same tool and finally I like the fact that you can parameterize the content that is uploaded, that is, we can decide if the content is editable, if it is downloadable, among other options.

It is well known that nothing is perfect and therefore everything has its disadvantages, it is about Box in my opinion its disadvantages are absolutely minimal and are reduced to that sometimes there can be conflicts when editing any file online and this happens and two or more people are editing it simultaneously, which sometimes falls short with the editing tools but this can be easily solved, downloading the file, editing it and uploading it back to the cloud and the last disadvantage is that in very specific cases some files you can not visualize.

Box is a tool that at the business level allows us to solve many problems, I particularly use it to maintain contact and keep active with my work team despite not being physically present and thus be able to continue with the projects in progress. It allows me to work in real time and at the same time with my respective working group and allowing us to have a backup in the cloud in case of any emergency of lost documents in the devices in which they are stored. In conclusion Box is a tool that undoubtedly simplifies the work and allows greater communication at the level of sharing data, documents, images, projects, whatever the content we need to share or endorse. It is a tool that facilitates the work, allowing a constant feedback at work level.

The safety and security Box brings when sharing files and product information. Easy to use and works across many technologies. I’ve used this a bunch of times to transfer files and I’ve never had issues with it. Easy to send files and easy to download and receive files as well.

I don’t have much I’d add to me disliking this program. It’s a really simple format to understand and use. Very user friendly!

Box is always looking for ways to integrate new functionality and content managements from different sources

I would like the mobile experience to be more faster when uploading content

Sharing files in real time and a great benefit is the functionality of protecting and securing files by fie and not by folder

I like the fact that I can save something in box and I can access it from any other device. It's much safer than saving things to your computer alone.

I don't have any real complaints about box and I haven't used any other solutions like it in the past. I think it's solid.

We use it to store important documents regarding our campaigns and ideas. We can share access to folders and trust that we won't lose anything. The benefits of not having to worry about disaster recover is great.

Keeps all the documents neatly organized

I have not experienced anything bad. You just have to make sure you give the correct people permission to use the site

La gran capacidad de almacenamiento que nos ofrece. La alta velocidad en le acceso a la información subida a la nube desde su nube. La capacidad de usar en entornos móviles como lo es android e ios La alternativa tener una nube gratis, La seguridad por supuesto y esto es por lo cual la escogí como mi plataforma en la nube.

seria su precio ya que ofrece una nube gratis pero un poco limitada pero tengo que admintir que lo vale.

Se resuelva la problemática de tener que llevar medios para el almacenamiento de archivos , con este software se resuelve.

Con solo registrarte te dan 10gb gratis. Si no es suficiente puedes pagar para tener más aún (sobre 10 euros al mes). Si lo utilizas para el trabajo puedes ponerte una tarifa especial para ello.

Creo que no es tan común como otros competidores. Lo que complica el hecho de compartir datos en la nube.

Es muy cómodo el hecho de poder tener la aplicación en el móvil para así tener un acceso inmediato a la información qu necesite

The browser-based interface is easy to use and is browser-agnostic. There are drag and drop capabilities, batch upload and the file organization is top notch and easy to view and sort. The mobile apps are top notch and just as easy to use. We utilize single-sign on and that is also a godsend for our users as well.

Like other cloud providers with the exception of OneDrive (for Business), there is no way to map Box as a drive nor does Box offer a sync client like Google Drive (seems to only be for non-consumers).

We use Box (or at least my special account) to upload digital albums that we can download and store, with the purpose of sharing said files to a specific staff writer that volunteered or assigned the album. It is far much easier than Google Drive, which we also use, but only for document collaboration and storage since we use GMail.

Easy to use and lots of Box Community resources to place varied levels of users with the right education tools.

Depends on the account; Business Plus is great for our needs.

Redundant and time consuming process. Would like to use Box Relay to reduce email for one process.

Simplicity and ease of uses. Fast, responsive and upload speed is good. Easy to share and possible to track file version.

Some file types are not possible to view only. Therefore every time I needed to download the file to see the content.

Estas son las opciones que mas me gustan de esta herramienta: La versión gratuita es muy buena, ya que nunca caduca y el espacio en la versión gratuita es muy grande. La aplicación para el movil funciona perfectamente, tanto en android como en ios. Las aplicaciones para Windows y para macos también funciona muy bien. La facilidad de subir archivos desde cualquier plataforma y hacer copias de seguridad de tus archivos. Gratis es la mejor forma de presentar herramienta.

Las siguientes apuntes son los negativos que le veo a esta plataforma. No es del todo gratuita. En algunas ocasiones las aplicaciones tienen algunos fallos. la velocidad de transferencia en algunas ocaciones es algo lenta. Algunas veces he perdido datos sin saber por que.

La verdad es que tiene muchas posibilidades para que alguien pueda usarla en una empresa. A mi me a Beneficiado a la hora de entregar archivos a personas que no conocen la forma de enviar archivos grandes. Y puede ayudar a cualquiera a poder enviar archivos de gran tamaño a cualquier persona sin necesitas de tener que instalar ninguna herramienta.

Box.com has the ability to be an enterprise level solution to your storage needs. Box.com allows for robust security and user management. We use Box for our marketing collateral and collaboration. When used with other channels like Slack and email we get the most benefit. Box has the ability to embed and use a call out or URL to be reached. We don't use this feature much, but it is good to have the option.

Box is not as widely integrated as a Dropbox or Onedrive solution. While that is not a showstopper it does take careful consideration of integration concerns.

Content management and storage. Secure document sharing. Marketing collateral and collaboration. Team content distribution.

Easy to organize. Has the ability to allow for multiple users or private.

I wish they allowed more storage room for the free plan.

When having multiple customers it's easy to organize & save documents that I can access from anywhere.

Box is a great cloud platform to store and share media of different types such as jpeg, audios, word docs, etc. It’s easy to use and well organized.

The only downfall to box is that when you are using it via iPhone the authentication system can be “bugged” and you are unable to open the file.

Box allows documents to be easily shared amongst people and easily accessed from just about any device. You can also save documents directly to your phone or computer. It is a very secure way to file share.

I really enjoy that box allows for users to update and share documents quickly and easily. This makes doing business easy.

I dislike that Box's sync feature takes a while to process. I also think that Box could work on its user interface as sometimes the drag and drop option works other times it doesn't and you must click the upload button.

Box allows us to file documents and collaborate on projects easily.

I like how easy it is to share my files with my coworkers and how I can preview other files before downloading them. Being able to organize all of our files in different folders helps alot and Box makes that easy.

I dislike how it only the owner of the Box can delete things. I also dislike how I can only upload files of 250mb, which means I cant share my videos with my coworkers.I dislike box integration with othersoftware because it can be glitchy at times.

Box provides our company with a platform to share our files between all of our computers, which previously we had to use email to do. It has benefited us as now we have our files organized and its easy to view.

I like that it easily lets you comment on each others uploads and very visually shows what document version you are on and who uploaded it.

I wish it was a little less sterile in its graphic presentation. It is kind of a colorless UI, but I suppose that is appropriate for a business environment. However, I feel like an option of perhaps being able to color code/flag things would be helpful.

We are using Box as a way to securely exchange sensitive company information that could not be securely exchanged on a normal email server. It is a great option for companies with external and/or work-from-home employees.
