Candidly, the worst thing about the product is the name. I like Tribe better, but it doesn't matter since we're white labeling their product.

№1 the ease of use of "Design Studio" which basically allows you to customize the community using block-based builder. №2 The platform has all in-built we needed features for a community. № 3 It priced about 1/2 of what the competitors were asking!
Can't come up with anything at the moment. it has comprehensive API which allows developers to build custom solutions on top of the platform, in case we want to develop custom solutions ( in the future)

I have been looking for a platform like this for over a year. I have been extremely happy with Tribe as I built my own social media platform. Is is easy to set-up and use. I get to see more posts from friends that are normally filtered by other platforms. I highly recommend people to build their own Tribe.
Some of your friends may take time to join. You just have to remind them. Don't get frustrated. Just tell them that you miss hearing from them. They'll join.

I'm brand new to the SaaS community space, and honestly, Tribe was the right decision. I looked at some competitors that offered similar things, but at 2x the cost. I couldn't believe how incredible Tribe for the value.
I like that right when I'm about to say "Hmm..I wish they had this feature", the product team releases a video showcasing that they are literally ACTIVELY creating that feature. It's like they know what I'm thinking before I even think it.

The old version 1.0 is full of functions. We are going to move to version 2.0 and it is still lacking some functions, especially the language that makes my community is more frustrated because our community is not the native English speakers.
I want to write a blog but that doesn't have good contact and relationship with the clients. The community with a news feed function is a suitable solution that helps me and my client understand each other.
Features like CNAME, SSO, spaces, upvoting, Q&A, member profile options, cookie consent, community moderation, and more make it useful for our company.
I don't 'dislike' anything really but I do look forward Tribe 2.0 adding 1.0 features like social login, messaging, spam control, virtual currency, and more.

We created an online Tribe group and it quickly became a community. Our customers and employees are able to connect easily and it has made our organization stronger because of it. Many of our community members are not on Facebook or other social media and they can all use our Tribe community, which they appreciate.
It used to be hard to remember passwords but tribe recently added SSO and Google/FB/LinkedIn sign in which makes it super easy for us. No complaints!

Tribe as a software is great. However, the team behind Tribe have been oustanding in their willingness to help their customers. I have been surprised and very pleased.

We can't find much to dislike, but it would be great to have more integrations (which I'm sure are in the works). It would've been awesome to have a dedicated app for our Tribe community, but that's hard to implement given all the regulations that Apple and Google impose on their app markets.
At Asiya Shriners we love using Tribe to have a private online space to exchange our ideas, stay connected and more engaged with our membership.
The flexibility of adding whatever feature sets you want to each instance of your community is amazing. Its not bogged down with every conceivable feature in the base platform making it much quicker to load and manage.
I wish it had an easier way to embed certain groups into other sites etc.
Im trying to create a community I can use to communicate easier with my clients etc. We are also building several instances for our clients for their individual groups and client interfacing.
I am loving the Tribe platform. It’s been really easy to set up. I’ve also really enjoyed how easy it is to integrate notifications to Slack so we can keep up with what’s happening on the Community pages at all times.
Nothing really to dislike. More features can be added but like all software, I am sure this will happen over time.
We're bringing our users together in a community so they can talk to each other about how they like to use and interact daily our software, and get more ideas on how we can improve our service. Clients are engaging even more than we anticipated and are even discussing shared ideas outside of our software relevant to their industry expertise, which is great in terms of bringing them all together.
I love that they offer message in many ways like Facebook messenger, telegraph and one other that is internal only. They have a great platform to design your own Tribe.
The only part I do not like is that they have no notifications for your browser only email notifications

The Rooted Collaborative just launched our membership portal on Tribe to house our global community of Black, Indigenous , and Woman of Color fundraisers. It's been such a joy to connect with each other through Tribe not just professionally, but also personally with the features Tribe offers to join different subgroups within the portal. It feels like we have our own private social media channel that we can customize not just on the admin side, but for users as well. We love it here!

Tribe allows us to have a centralized place for our members to convene with each other, as well as receive communicated from us that is exclusive to our paid members.
Tribe has added value to membership in our trade association, especially during a time when in-person events and meetings cannot happen. We created an Online Community on Tribe at a fraction of the cost of what competitors are charging. This Online Community allows our members to ask questions and engage with us virtually! We have received great feedback so far from our members and people love joining our Community as it is so simple to use and requires zero onboarding. In terms of customizability, Tribe offers a Community platform for the biggest tech geeks and for beginners. Whether you want to add your own code to make it your own or if you want to keep it as is and add your logo and change the colors, the platform is incredibly user friendly and easy to use! Go Tribe!

Tribe is an amazing platform for the community building. User can customize the UI and Experience of the user with custom fields. Providing multiple apps plugins like Amplitude, Sendgrid, Telegram, Google Analytics, SSO, Zapier etc. are awesome and very easy to implement with basic tech knowledge only. I would recommend to Tribe to everyone who wants to build the community from scratch without any coding efforts.
Need to work on some suggestions which I already gave to the team and they are working on it. Like adding Live sessions like FB live and Youtube Live.

I’m so impressed with Tribe that as soon as I saw everything it could do, I set up two accounts! Tribe gives me the opportunity to stay connected with my community, and it is beyond easy to use. Having a well-designed platform like this, makes the experience positive for all users, and this includes the admin role. Importantly, I’ve not experienced any downtime issues with either of my two Tribe sites. I also looked closely at the team behind Tribe before investing, and I am impressed by their roadmap and responsiveness to my questions. I’m so happy that I have Tribe in my toolkit, and I can see good things ahead for this reliable community building platform.
