The support is agile and very good. The metric works very well with stripe.

Baremetrics help us solve the problem of gathering subscriptions information in one place
Within an hour, we were able to see detailed metrics about our subscription product including LTV, churn, quick ratio, growth and more. The data was far more detailed than what we got out of Stripe out of the box while being easy to use. Regular notifications are also very helpful to monitor failed transaction rates.
Overall a great product. I would like an easier way to configure a custom domain for Baremetrics Recover since the current URL leads to a Baremetrics domain. This reduced the effectiveness of dunning.
Baremetrics helps to analyze subscription metrics while staying in sync with our payment processor. It also provides dunning services with one click for payments recovery.
We have loved using Baremetrics as a tool to keep our growing business on track! Their tools help us with our forecasting and give us a better understanding of our customer's behaviour.
It is extremely expensive. Even with a 25% discount it is nearly out of our price range

It has just about every graph, chart, or metric that a SaaS business could ever want. It's extremely helpful to instantly know things like LTV across different customer segments and plans, see how churn has changed over time, and overall it provides a lot of insight that just doesn't exist directly in most billing platforms.
The only downside is that I tried to export a CSV file of a specific metric, which was "Churned Users", but the CSV was only able to be exported with aggregate numbers instead of exporting with different columns for different plans or segments you're comparing in the graph mode. If anyone from Baremetrics reads this, it would be a really useful feature!
Knowing key business metrics can be difficult if you're trying to scrape together the data and analytics on your own. Being able to see these at a glance at any time has proven to be really beneficial strategic knowledge.
Baremetrics support is amazing. Their content is amazing. Their platform is amazing. Everything about the company is top-notch. Their USP is "Baremetrics is Subscription Analytics and Insights: One click and you get hundreds of valuable metrics and business insights!" And that is EXACTLY what they deliver.

I love the fact that it’s a one-stop-shop for any SaaS metric we need to track. Having live updates, a breakdown of current customer activity, and more in one place is a game-changer.

There are many but a key one is being able to integrate Baremetrics with other platforms we use. Specifically Stripe or Intercom. Again having everything synced in one location frees up so much mental space.
Baremetrics has a solid UI, reporting, and integrations. For me the big standout is the support - quick answers from attentive team members invested in their clients' success!
I'd love even more options for cancellation surveys and metrics.
Churn analysis, revenue recovery management, revenue forecasting.
Baremetrics grabs our data from three different sources and compiles it into multiple easy to review and manipulate dashboards. They handle calculations for ARR, LTV, etc which makes it easy to provide reporting to our key stakeholders.
This is likely an issue with our data sources and not specific to Baremetrics but data for "closed" months can move weeks after a report has been pulled. Given the structure of our offering, Baremetrics default Churn calculation doesn't quite work for us, which requires some manual work to reconcile when populating our monthly close decks.
We have three different sources of subscription data. Baremetrics pulls this data in every morning and compiles it into easy to read & manipulate charts & dashboards. It would be infeasible to pull this type or reporting manually everyday with this level of confidence in the data. It is easily saving us at least one full-time role.
Ease of use, it's so simple to come in and find what you are looking for.
I wish I could access easier on my mobile phone.
Visibility / Transparency into company metrics
Love the ability to track our key metrics. Another feature our team enjoy’s is the benchmark feature. Positioning ourselves against other saas companies in our range is helpful insight.
If there were more accessible information on our AR for the month, that would be helpful. Since we use Stripe we just go there. Just a thought.
Tracking key numbers for goal setting and reporting purposes. Overall trying to grow and need a tool like Baremetrics to do so quicker and more efficiently.
Tons of value here - I would have been happy to pay more for this. Intuitive UI and easy navigation. ALL your biggest KPIs are covered - every type of MRR and churn, as well as ARR, and LTV.
It'd be nice to have the ability to manually add products/expenses to see things like acquisition costs.
I am checking/tracking my MRR daily and checking other key metrics as well.

We are able to integrate Baremetrics with our Intercom emails and increased our NPS score while also lowering out overdue payment rates.
Easy to use and works well. Their support team (Lexi!) is amazing. They're super responsive.
Our product involves a lot of complex subscriptions given its B2B nature. Baremetrics isn't really built for us - but we keep using it because it's recover tool is helpful!
Recovery emails - sending automated emails to customers when their payment is overdue. It also includes an easy link for them to use to input updated CC info!
Aside from the accessibility to much needed data, logging into the dashboard is super easy. I only need to do it once and I’m good. Hate that some other platforms force you to do it every time.

Baremetrics has the necessary dashboards to present the data we need to understand our subscriptions business better
-The data presented, wasn't accurate at all and cannot be trusted for Shopify apps - We were growing in terms of revenue but they presented a churn of 1-2k every month. LTV was not accurate at all. -Canceling a subscription is a nightmare. You have to schedule a call with them to start the cancelation process, and it took me a month and an extra monthly payment until it got canceled!
