I loved how simple and to the point of a project management platform this is. I loved how they integrate other systems to their own making use even more efficient and needed for a business. The value was also very nice and we wouldn't think twice about buying this over other brands.
I didn't like how to feel secure and have bug tracking it costs so much more. This difference in price is a little steep. Another thing we noticed was the ability to drag and drop could be added or even quick buttons to ease efficiency.

The onboarding and setup guide is not user-friendly and is confusing.
In our business, we offer accounting and taxation services to our clients, which means we have multiple tasks which are recurring in nature. In addition to that, they have complex interdependencies. And many of the times, similar jobs need to be set up for different clients. Zoho project makes it easy to manage all these complexities with ease.
The Enterprise package has a lot of very useful components for planning, executing and reviewing tasks. The project templates and blueprints, together with the customization of tasks and issues layout, offer great levels of automation and really help tailoring the workflow to our company needs. The possibility of importing Microsoft Project and Excel files into new or existing projects (and exporting back) greatly facilitates the coordination with contractors and vendors that use alternative platforms. Overall a very complete and solid package with a lot of potential for any size project.
The graphic interface should offer more customization options or the possibility to be "company-branded", for a more eye-catching look. Other improvements I would suggest: - Adding fixed initial cost + cost variation to tasks: Very useful for tracking project costs that are not based on men/hours but on fixed costs/budget initially approved by the client. - A document manager/browser capable of working with our existing remote server folders and files (thus avoiding duplicated files in the cloud) - Being able to choose "Project Owner" in the Blueprint transition "users" field (so that other Admins or Managers can be filtered out)
I automate a lot of repetitive management tasks, I allow our employees to take initiative by picking up their tasks and I have immediate and detailed information on the project progress - Generally speaking: I save a lot of time and focus on the project quality.
The best part about Zoho Projects is that its connected to the whole Zoho ecosystem. The milestones to tasklist to team flow is also very simple. I have used Jeera before but Zoho projects feels much more simple
The task status are sometimes not updated on the template which I have created. Also I feel the project feed customization could have been better as it feels a bit restricitive right now

Great tool for collaborating and keeping teams organized! I use this platform to manage multiple projects across multiple staff teams, and for multiple clients. I love that you can create dependency task lists that start backward or forward from a set point, and that you can invite clients to participate in specific workspaces even though they are external to the organization. You can also choose access levels for specific teams or staff members. I also love the keyboard shortcut commands!
The visual layout could be better - sometimes it feels like the graphic design on the site is stuck in the 1980's - but it does what I need it to do, and it's a great value for the price!

We've dramatically cut down on the volume of emails that we're sending to each other, and all of our files and messaging is centrally located in one place.
The best thing is it's a well managed project management app which appeals to all size small and growing businesses. It incorporates all kinds of tools including Gantt charts, resource management tools and timesheets as well.
It's as such a complete package at a very reasonable price. But just a little suggestion is that a simpler interface would be better. Otherwise everything else is superb.
Earlier many costly softwares available we used. But still they lacked in one or other features like may be time management or lacking in efficient tools. But Zoho has been a cost effective and most reliable genie in providing everything efficiency and in proper manner.
Even on the free tier you get access to several features to use and a max of three team members to work with. It is also fairly cheap to add additional team members after that with the same limited feature availability. Also the customer service is great with both the free version and the paid version.
Even with paying for enterprise level features you don't get as much storage as you would expect. The pricing for 120GB of storage on the entereprise plan is double the price of what you pay for 100GB on the premium one and you only get a a few more features.

Also, in the mobile app also you will get all the functionality. You can create Stories,Task, Sprints, backlogs and custom statuses also as per your requirements.
you can't get a single view in Gantt chat for multiple sprints/Projects. The Zoho support is not that good; we have to send multiple emails for a meeting, the SLA improvement is required.
In the organisation level, it helps our field agents to track their projects on their mobile phones itself. It's help us to improve the productivity of our staff and clear visibility on our projects and Sprints.
