There were many options for templates which made the website design process very easy. There is no need to have any HTML experience. The templates make building a website simple and appealing to the eye. I also liked that you were able to customize the website to your personal style, so even if you are using the same template as another user, your website can look completely different.

There isn't really anything that sticks out to me that I disliked about this product. With everyone new product, you do need to take time to learn how to use all of the tools available, but once you get used to the layout and the system it is simple to use.

It was an easy way to launch a portfolio that can be reached by many audiences for no cost (besides the time I spent building the site).

By far the flexibility of the product gives those who are not extremely tech savvy the ability to set up a website that has quite a bit of function. Because many of the features are free at their starter level, one can create and host quite a bit of content before needing to upgrade, which helps a new user to really see all that Wix has to offer.

So far, the fact that it is not responsive on mobile yet is my biggest problem with Wix, but I hear it is a situation that might be solved soon so it's not a deal breaker for me.

Wix has solved the problem of my needing a presence on the net that really showcases my personality. To me, the templates are just an outline for what I'm able to create, and that gives the benefit of creative freedom. I've realized the benefit of expanding my exposure and reach to fans of my writing.

I love the widgets and drag and drop functionality. I like the new design with the toolbar and grids. Love the align option and mobile version.

I don't like that they discontinue the ruler option. I don't like that there are very few options to convert from desktop to mobile.

Mostly informational. Benefits for the business is the easy of use with out need of a designer. And the centralized email, subscription service witch is also easy to use.

1. cost of domain - the cost of buying domain is relatively higher compared to other options 2. themes - I think they can add more options in the themes 3. analytics integration -the integration with Google analytics is there, but not very easy to use and intuitive for non-tech users 4. Support - one can get lost in the documents listed there with FAQs

Website publishing options. It's really easy to use and looks really professional. Can be done by anyone and still be presentable.

Not many unique website choices. There should be a choice for every kind of template.

Better way to communicate information. People find the website to be more aesthetically pleasing.

Ease of use, of course! I started designing websites 20 years ago. I have always had a problem where if I was not in a constant state of learning, I would miss the "next thing" in web design. I finally got to a point where I could no longer call myself a web designer, there was just too much I was missing. Along comes Wix... so easy anyone can use it (I do not divulge this to my clients). I cannot believe how easily you can integrate email service providers, social media feeds, hotel reservation systems, fulfillment programs. Wix has broadened the services that I can offer as a designer and I couldn't be happier about it!

I haven't found anything yet that I dislike about the program. Oh wait -- I wish that there was an easier way to use icontact and wix together. I have a lot of clients and they either use mail chimp, constant contact or icontact. I find that when you insert icontact code it looks messy.

I am providing low cost websites to small business or town services, both having very small budgets, but the need for a nice looking website. Wix allows me to create something beautiful and hand it off to a town employee who can easily take over making changes to the site.

It is a very simple and fast way to pop out you own website, templates make it super easy and not at all time consuming. I like variety of templates and easy break into categories that you can navigate. The fact that you don''t have to learn any programming is really appealing to the end user I believe.

There are some limitations to what can be editable in the template that can be expanded in the future. Also additional functionality for more advanced users could be great on some level.

I have not fully added everything to my website yet. But I have added enough. It is easy to navigate and edit your site. They give you many editing options through the Wix Website Editor. Wherever you click to edit your website while in the Website Editor section, it gives you options. Which makes it so much easier to edit without having to find what you need to do.

So far, I like everything that Wix has to offer.

Easy to make your website free or if you upgrade it is cheap enough to have.

The thing I like is that you can do so much with the free part of Wix.

Creating a website of my interests. The content and format is great. My friends love it alot and it is free to use.

It doesnt have a professional reputaiton when i started using it a few years ago. My friends use it for all different purposes. There should be filters and strict rules and regulations of what should be on the webite

To express my thoughts about what I am interested in. My friends use it as well. Its great for high school and college students. Free and easy to use. Great for portfolios.

Very intuitive and has a full set of basic website features to be used.

The templates can be somewhat limiting, but you can pay to access more.

This helped me get a small business website up for a client in hours. I didn't have to pay a designer or a coder. I just jumped in and did it myself.

Wix is inexpensive, easy to use and offers some great SEO and mobile options. They also offer free training sessions.

I don't like that the username becomes part of the free website name. I would prefer to keep those two items separate.

What an easy, convenient app to use for web design and development. It's free, full of aesthetic templates, built-in features designed to ease website delivery. Its frequently used by web designers and novices too due to its low coding. For me, i love that it allows blog creation. I love how it integrates with relevant apps depending on the brief. Implementing it is a breeze and you'll find user support very reliable and technically efficient.

Unfortunately there are cost implications when you need to use advanced features. Sure i use it a lot but that's always my one main drawback.

It enables no code web design and development which comes in very handy indeed when workload is heavy and i need to churn out websites fast.
