I like that Beaconstac QR has been improving the functions of the service over the almost two years we've been using them, including bulk generation and template addition. Our company has integrated QR codes into all of our marketing efforts. The ability to track the scans by location has more than paid for itself in determining future business development efforts. Integrating into Google Sheets has been another plus. With the ability to monitor scan activity and engagement this way we are able to compete at a higher level utilizing fewer resources. As a small startup in our industry, this has been a huge advantage.

Still haven't utilized all of the features, so I have no feedback for improvement at this time.

As a small startup, we have a limited budget. Being able to track users and engagement of our marketing efforts with the scan is very helpful. As a growing company, we have frequent updates so using QR codes has allowed us to avoid printing material that will become outdated every month. Instead, use the QR code to link to a PDF file that we can update as needed. This has been a cost-saving feature as well.

The site is extremely easy to use and the weekly reports are informative. I like the fact that I can add images to my QR code, and this was rated as a secure service.

As with most things, I would appreciate a cheaper price point but in reality it's reasonably priced.

This reduces the need for people needing to enter in a full url or google our site.... especially our feedback site - we'd have a reduction in feedback provided without it.

I oversee the social media component of an election campaign. I need to create outstanding visuals linked to web-based information. I can do that with Beaconstac! Beaconstac is so userfriendly I design unique and attention-grabbing codes that everyone loves, even the competing candidates love them! Ravi & the other customer service people are amazing because their correspondence is personalized, not just an automatic quick response. With Beaconstac, I feel valued as a customer!

Because of the userfriendly platform, I am able to explain to minimally tech-savvy politicians what static or dynamic QR codes can do for their online presence. The user-friendliness has also encouraged many to design codes themselves!

Beaconstac's website is laid out and organized so that it is very intuitive to use. They make creating a QR code as easy as can get with plenty of options for customizing. They also provide best practice guidance for creating qr codes. I work for a small organization that needed a simple subscription option at a good price and we got that with Beaconstac. I did a lot of research and tried out a few qr code creators and Beaconstac was by far the favorite. The codes work and we feel confident in using this product with our client security in mind. They have great customer service too.

I wouldn't say anything is least helpful.

We use our branded QR codes to make our publications and promo items more interactive. We have several items with longer shelf lives. We anticipate the QR codes will make it even easier for our clients to access our services.

I can make my design and color to outstand my QR code.

The wording below the QR code has limitation on color, design and number of characters.

So far I would like to have a few more linkpages available to me, but for the price paid I am happy enough. Considering going up a tier in due course but will need to try it out for a bit longer and absorb staff feedback. Good job Beaconstac already has a process for that!

We have many staff who arent super tech savvy. I can put Wifi codes on flash cards for staff, and posters up for non-staff for the guest networks. I can put QRs around guiding staff to different areas that we want them to see, and have a linkage set up to show staff (old and new) where all their current core business services are.

Beaconstac makes it SO easy to create and share our QR codes, and the weekly analytic emails give me the information I need at a glance, making it easy to share with our Board. As a nonprofit, the affordable price comes with so many features that it feels like a steal! I love this company and its product!
