"When it comes to developing an e-com store Shopify is my ideal choice"
What do you like best about Shopify?

The easiest thing about using Shopify is the fact that we don't need to write different policies such as Privacy or Refund Policy, it's auto-generated with the help of a single click only and of course, then you can then make the changes. Some other features worth mentioning are: 1. Shopify comes with an app store of its own, are you looking for an app so as to automate things such as generating labels, invoices and manifests and then ship the items - Indian Logistics Services App is a go-to option. If we want to add urgency such as timers and inventory left in stock (stock counter) so as to Use Scarcity to Drive Sales - I love using the Urgency Pack Ultimate App. 2. Shopify doesn't charge anything extra for basic services such as sending abandon cart recovery emails or even order confirmation emails - it's all automated so that you can focus on bigger aspects so as to increase sales such as planning an exciting marketing email campaign offering discounts or offers. 3. One thing that I can't stop talking about is the fact that everything on your Shopify store can be easily customised and the best part being you can hire a Shopify expert for every task such as creating a Shopify Store, helping you with SEO so as to aim for organic traffic and aim better ranking on google etc. 4. Shopify can be easily integrated with almost any other marketing tools such as with the Facebook business manager or with Shiprocket Client Panel, also it supports all major payment apps such as Paypal, Stripe, RazorPay and others, you name it and Shopify have it all. And especially it is now well designed to cater to the needs of the Indian consumers as well by providing COD option as well. 5. You don't need a credit card to start your 14 days free trial, you can just sign up and start building your Shopify Store. 6. One can easily pause the Store and Shopify will not charge anything on that and they also have the option for Pause and Build when you can continue developing the store without publishing it only for $9 something.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

I dislike only one thing about Shopify that it gives only 14 days of free trial to the users and the thing is that Shopify should have decided it's plan and pricing depending upon the number of orders the store gets. For example, the base price should have been charged when the store gets let's say 50 orders. Though the charge is not much and the base plan starts from $29.99 which is very affordable and within days you can recoup the costs as well.

What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?

If you have a product or a course to sell and you want to build an e-com store of your own and wants to sell the same globally Shopify is the ideal choice and till date, I am not able to find any replacement for it. You don't need to purchase additional space or hosting services and you can even start without even a domain name at the very beginning.

What do you like best about Shopify?

Using Shopify is very easy and straightforward. Pick a shopping plan, choose your domain name, customize your store, add products and start selling! Shopify is extremely fast and completely secure for online payments. I’ve never witnessed or heard any complaints of this website crashing because of a high influx of users or the website being down for maintenance. The customer support is even great and is highly trained. They are ready to help always if the problem doesn’t get solved by the FAQs.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

I don’t like the pricing of this software. Shopify charges various pricing schemes through which it gets a bit expensive to sell on Shopify. The monthly pricing, transaction fees, credit card fees, currency conversion fees and a few add on fees. This comes out a lot in the end and can be costly for the buyer or/ and seller.

What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a small side business just for extra income helps a lot in managing your expenses. I have a small store where I mostly cater to the local people in my town. Having an online store on Shopify has brought me a bit more income and as all of this is online, I don’t have to give a lot of attention to it too. My inventory is well managed, payments are received securely and also my customers are growing. Clearly this is quite beneficial for the expansion of my business

"Good but still New to It"
What do you like best about Shopify?

I like that shopify makes it extremely easy to design a beautiful website you can sell your products on. I do, however, feel like there is some customization tools that I am either unfamiliar with or additional cost. I love the flexibility and the support, as well as all the resources they provide all in one place.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

I think Shopify has a lot of fees and charges if you aren't coding savvy. I feel like there are so many helpful and useful apps, but when it comes to having to purchase them, they cost you an arm and a leg. I don't know whether or not it is work going back to BigCartel, but, I'm sticking with Shopify for now, cause my website looks so much better.

What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think Shopify makes it easy to make sure your taxes are on point, as well as your shipping fees. With other sites, the customer would get that charge post purchase, which I find so inconvenient. I'm glad it makes it easy for the consumer.

"Best Ecommerce Plaform Shopify"
What do you like best about Shopify?

Shopify is known for its user-friendly interface, making it easy for entrepreneurs and business owners to set up an online store without requiring extensive technical knowledge. The platform offers an intuitive dashboard and a straightforward setup process.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

Cost and transaction fees: While Shopify offers a range of pricing plans, some users find that the costs associated with using Shopify (monthly subscription fees, transaction fees, app costs, etc.) can accumulate and become expensive, especially for small or startup businesses. Shopify charges transaction fees for using third-party payment gateways. While these fees can be reduced if you use Shopify Payments (their native payment gateway), businesses often prefer to offer multiple payment options to their customers, which can result in higher transaction fees.

What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?

i find shopify help in many ways. like shipping and refund, payment when customers check out. trusty and safe for transactions. good support not only for me but customers too.

"Shopify is great "
What do you like best about Shopify?

You can reach them at any time through phone support, online live chat or email. They even provide you with 4 international phone numbers so you can choose the number that fits your region. If you’re running a business, you need immediate access to support when you need technology troubleshooting – Shopify provides this for you

What do you dislike about Shopify?

In addition to a monthly service fee, Shopify charges its customers a 0.5% – 2% transaction fee for their plans (unless you are using Shopify Payments to power your payment transactions – in which case all transaction fees are removed). What this means for you, is that Shopify will charge you 2% of the sales value if you are using the “Basic Shopify” plan, 1% of the sales value if you are using the “Shopify” plan, and 0.5% of the sales value if you are using the “Advanced Shopify” plan

"SHOPIFY FOR MOBILE COMMERCE"
What do you like best about Shopify?

The use of Shopfiy for retail management has been an incredibly wise decision for our business model. We operate both an online store and a retail store, as well as a mobile retail store when we attend events. Shopify's flexibility to meet these three requirements has been unsurpassed. The system has allowed us to have more frequent promotional sales, highlight retail items with special prices for inventory clearance and allow special discounts. Inventory management capability has allowed for much more accurate inventory control and reordering of retail items. This list of things we like goes on and on.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

The only disadvantage is the monthly cost of this software. We receive a nonprofit discount for the monthly cost, but a lower cost would always be beneficial to the organization, as well as lower processing fees, but their fees are more or less the industry average.

What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?

I solve a lot of problems with Shopify. I have no technical or design experience to make an online store, but thanks to Shopify I can now make an online store without hassle. Shopify has many advantages, I don't need any web designer or developer for my online store.

"SHOPIFY Allows Small Businesses to Compete with the Big Boy's"
What do you like best about Shopify?

SHOPIFY permits us to track and graph sales, customers, costs, etc., for any given day, week, month, or year. *SHOPIFY works seamlessly with our online store website. Within SHOPIFY we can add or edit existing product for sale, offer discounts, change pricing, offer customer refunds or eGift Cards. We are able to generate Automated customer messages when an order is placed. SHOPIFY also sends our customers Shipping info and updates. *Shopify integrates with our Facebook Shop, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, and our online store website. *SHOPIFY offers more than 2,400 apps to best suit your business. *SHOPIFY pricing differs to fit various business sizes and needs. Paying upfront for a 1 year plan saves you 10%. Two-year plan saves you 20%.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

*As of March 1, 2020, Shopify no longer returns their 2.9% transaction fee if a sale is refunded. What that means is this: if a customer returns an item, cancels an unfulfilled order, or a fraudster places an order and the merchant cancels it as fraudulent, Shopify still keeps their 2.9%. *Shopify can't handle multiple discounts on the same order - e.g. a customer can't use a discount coupon (loyalty/1st order/etc.) if you're also running a general percent-off sale (Black Friday, Boxing Day, etc.). * The abandoned cart saver only allows you to send one automated follow-up email. *Adding some custom fields can sometimes be complicated or involves purchasing an app.

What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small company, SHOPIFY has helped us build our *Customer Service through Campaigns, Automated and Direct Messaging, and Newsletters. *SHOPIFY has given us the ability to easily ship and process returns. Processing payments, refunds, eGift Cards, etc., has been made easy with SHOPIFY. *Because we are a small company, SHOPIFY apps and features have allowed us toe do all of our Marketing in-house without a marketing degree.

"Go Online With Shopify"
What do you like best about Shopify?

The best thing like if you are not a software developer you can easily create a online store using Shopify and and you can manage it also easily.Considering pricing side it is very convenience it manage all the server cost and managing cost with the subscription plan only.It is not a open source platform. They are providing you a very light website so you can access it any where with faster speed. It is a software as a serviced based platform where they don's share their code base so it is very secure ti go with.It provides lots of payment option which is very good to make more client. It provides good app store option also which have lot of third party app we can use it to add lot of functionality to your website. You can add live chat box feature also which i feel good for a website.Good customer support.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

The third party apps are quite costly and little messy also.Content and Themes are very limited they can work on that.A very huge transaction fees while paying the subscription. Less self customizing feature to make your website unique look. Monthly payment for some add up feature is quite disappointing.

What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?

we are using to to make eCommerce website to do good business across the globe in a effective way to make more profit for the organisation.
