Jotform Apps Pricing Overview

Jotforms App was straightforward to create and deploy to my team of 18 quickly. The forms we needed to remove the friction from our processes became a hassle to bookmark and keep track of. Now that our Jotforms are in one sexy-looking app, my team can submit their work on the go from anywhere. We can serve our clients sooner, and our team can get back to what they do best - generating new clients. It also helps our business feel like we are moving on to better technology (and at a price I love)! The variety of templates was great to choose from, satisfying the creative leader in me.

There's nothing I can say I dislike. I have never seen the app fail or need to be reloaded. I wish everyone had a JotForms app!

I'm a teacher. The amount of work that is taken care of by Jotform now is remarkable. From assessing the students to the creation of programs and academic data, it's been amazing.

The price is steep for a teacher's salary and the discount is not big enough for it to be viable when sharing the application with my colleagues, price is the biggest factor in them not signing up.

Jotform has given me the ability to organise and make collection of data in my classroom a breeze. From formative assessments to notifying parents of achievements it's been amazing.

The ease of getting started and immediately having the ability to convert your forms to progressive web apps is immaculate. Excited about future developments. There are other alternatives but they are either expensive or not very intuitive.

Although the design has been revamped a couple of years back, it still feels old school. Needs some new-age UI. Also, I feel there can be a mid-range subscription on monthly basis

It helps my team immediately put thoughts into action via forms, they are easy to use, quick to get started and 100% customisable. For example, we extensively use the one-pager quiz to build funnels for our sales pages

Drag/drop features to create great looking products, widgets to create user-friendly interactions and integrations to feel our CRM and marketing tools, and email notification

I need data gathered in a widget to feed the integration with my CRM/Marketing tool

The widgets do not work with our integration with Constant Contact, however, support is working to resolve this issue

One feature I love is the Smart PDF Form. Before Jotform, we did all of our registration as hard copies. However, when COVID hit, we were forced to go virtual but wanted to keep our paperwork consistent without breaking the bank. Jotform made it seamless to upload the PDF copy we had to create an online form that our participants could fill out and later print if they wanted to, and the printout would be exactly as our original hard copy! The other feature I love is the Tables for each form created and the ability to create tabs. I can quickly sort, filter, and review all entries across multiple forms in one location. I can even download entries as an Excel file.

The biggest downside to Jotform, for me, is the lack of integration between forms. I have previously used CognitoForms, and one of the features they include is "Lookup". My organization is affiliated with a university, so we require students to complete a new staff application each semester. However, a lot of the information they need to provide, i.e., name, email, phone number, address, is the same. The only difference is what year they are in school (freshman, sophomore, etc.) and to state if they want to be a volunteer or intern. It would be great to create a database of submissions that a form can reference so that if someone enters an email address, they can bypass specific fields. The other thing I find a bit cumbersome is creating conditions. My workflow is disrupted when I have to leave the form to create conditions. I prefer to stay on the form and create conditions from there.

HIPAA compliance is critical! In our organization, we collect HIPAA information, and so we want to maintain our participants' privacy. Given that we are a university-run program that operates without external funding, we need a cost-effective method for efficiently collecting participant information with adequate security. Jotform makes this possible! A benefit I realized was the approval process. Mainly for our student staff applications, we have students that don't complete their application correctly the first time and so having the approval process allows for resubmissions.

It is an application that has reduced the costs of my company. Its use is very simple. It is also one of the few that offers the digital signature. It is updated and includes new features frequently. It has become essential.

support is sometimes frustrating because it feels like you're talking to an artificial intelligence. Sometimes it is more useful to go to the forums directly.

Jotform is solving about customer data collection, authorizations, approval flows. We also use it for accounting. Generate digital documents that reduce the use of paper. We also use it as an occupational health checklist.

No code makes it simple to build an app for your site team with no prior experience, being web based means you can get it on to your teams devices quickly.

I wish there were more no code bits I could do with it to increase its functionality within my team.

So functional and helpful. We use this for all our field guys communicating purchases to the Office. Easy to use, set-up and maintain daily. Way better than Microsoft Forms

We struggle with photos and wish we had an easier integration. Would be nice if it integrated with more platforms. Simple and easy but could have more features.

Creating specific solutions that just my company has with receiving data from employees. It was simple and easy to learn and use. It didnt cost a lot and gained a lot of value.
