I really like that it offers diagrams of flows that are very visual to update the status of the project, it helps a lot for self-motivation and determination to complete projects as soon as possible. I think the only bad thing is the cost of subscriptions, but outside of that I think it's an excellent tool, even to manage physical and infrastructure projects.

Jira core has some well marked weaknesses it doesn't have many customizable templates which decreases its ability to adapt to any project, technical support responds very slowly despite working 24 hours, in the business management features it still lacks more metrics tools to measure performance, it still needs to add more collaboration tools that improves teamwork finally in the marketing planning it has a weak point that is that it doesn't have presentation tools this can be improved with an upgrade.
