With Clappia, we can comfortably build IT applications that match our business process at ease. Its job functions are efficient in carrying out our workflow execution and its report builder offers a detailed summary which helps in our audits & resource management in our enterprise. When compared with our legacy approach, Clappia saves around 50% of our time and efforts thanks to its drag & drop application builder which doesn't require any prior coding experience.
The application library can be further enhanced by offering more app modules that meet our growing industry requirements. Sometimes experienced latency issues while working with its web-based platform to build our cost-metric evaluation app for our customers. Since we have recently started to work on the Clappia platform, we are yet to discover more features that are present in its application development platform.
Clappia offers various templates such as IT tracking, Incident response management, Asset Management and Cost metric evaluation which only requires a few parameters to kick start our DTEF application deployments. Its workspace environment provides logical isolation & customer data integrity between different applications which we develop for different clients on its platform. It's relatively easy to connect our data sources through its APIs and we can easily design complex workflows and entire application architecture with its App Designer tool.
Its customizability and flexibility of features.
Everything is good. There is nothing to dislike so far.
I have used it for data collection by field agents, delivery reports and some customer support flows also. The benefits afforded are scalability and flexibility of features. Most features which are needed in data collection and reporting flows including cpaturing media and location data is supported by clappia. Also it scales nicely with the amount of data collected and the number of field agents, even beyond 1000 users.
The fact that they have no limit on the number of apps is a plus to keep the costs in control. They have user-based pricing which is great for us. Their dashboard lets us quickly monitor the status of different activities and take corrective actions.
None really; their support staff is super supportive whenever we are in need of any assistance.
We use their API to connect to multiple data sources and have configured a number of apps to surface the processed data. Their workflow feature allows triggering notifications via email with PDF attachments. It works well!
Clappia helps in monitoring th field team activities and also helps with reporting. It is a great tracking app with a seamless and easy to use interface. It is helps to manage costing also. I will recommend Clappia to my fellow experts.

Print formats are a bit tidious to make, could've been better. Lacks many features, such as printing sizes other than A4. Mobile app is easy to use, but UI couldve been better

Super simple application for a non technical person to build applications. Excellent support by the team. You ask them for a feature which is not there. If a genuine use case they go beyond expectations to make it happen for you. Active development of new features in the platform. Integration with any other app through workflows, APIs and Zapier Mobile app for all type of users. High access control mechanism for what apps can be used by what type of users.
Actually nothing. Currently meets all my requirements. Have evaluated many similar tools but found this to be simplest to use for our users who are completely non technical.
We have automated all the workflows which use to happen on excel sheets. Right from Lead management to customer on-boarding to inventory management to HR applications. We have build many internal applications on top of this. Now we have started building custom solutions on top of clappia for our clients as its very cost effective solution to build custom applications for them.
Being a user of clappia definitely helped me with making my business process easier than they were before.
Nothing as such, it is evolving everyday. I hope it will be adding even more value in future than it is now.
