What do you like best about ChatBeacon?

I have searched for many weeks for a simple easy to use chat software fore my website. I found out that some companies charge an arm and a leg for such a simple software. ChatBeacon's team was there to find a great price for me with excellent customer care. I am not very tech savy, so I was scared at first but realized with a few minutes of learning it became easy to use. There are so many features on this software that are so useful to my business. It can track where a customer is surfing on your website and super fast live chat (you can see what users are typing before they send the message). There are so many more features on this software that I'm still exploring.

What do you dislike about ChatBeacon?

There is nothing negative to say about this software. ChatBeacon is always doing their best to find more innovative ways to be able to connect business owners through chat. The company is releasing a SMS feature to where customers can reach out to businesses through text! I'm super excited for this new feature!

What problems is ChatBeacon solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the main benefits I have with this software is I am able to connect and reach out to my customers more efficiently than I was before. The number one goal in our business is to always stay connected with our customers to keep them happy for repeat. I have converted several sales already with this software.

"Get a personal face to face with clients with this excellent online chat platform"
What do you like best about ChatBeacon?

What I like about this software is that it provides great ease of use, how light, fast and editable it is. It is quite complete comparing it to many other similar services, being able to edit any part of the chat doing it automatically with Bots or attending people "face to face". Knowing how this online Chat platform and implementing it on your website is quite simple, the platform is very intuitive, the support team is very attentive to help their clients. Without a doubt, a very good quality software.

What do you dislike about ChatBeacon?

I consider that this software is almost perfect, its only major flaw may be its price, it is some expensive considering similar software, however, if we consider all the benefits and tools offers it may be acceptable. They could try to make prices more flexible so that the software is up to date reach of many more people, this would also be beneficial for ChatBeacon because I am sure they would have many more clients.

What problems is ChatBeacon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Chatbeacon has allowed me to support my clients or potential clients in an easy and simple way without consuming excessive resources. We can simply enter ChatBeacon Freedom and start answering questions in real time, this is very helpful since we can finish to convince potential customers with their doubts and thus finish motivating them to buy our products

What do you like best about ChatBeacon?

I LOVE how chatbeacon also has a live chat on their website as part of their customer service... brilliant!

What do you dislike about ChatBeacon?

Pricing. I understand the importance of pricing for a business, but I work part-time and am trying to run a business on the side. At this moment, I can't afford a chat line on my website. If it was free I would love that, but obviously I understand why that can't happen.

What problems is ChatBeacon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Live chat is a huge part of customer service today. As a customer of any organization, I personally prefer live chat... it seems to be faster and easier than emailing or calling support. I get frustrated being put on hold via the phone, but live chat allows me to continue working on other things. I know thats how many people operate. It solves frustrated customers and their negative reviews because it solves problems quickly.

What do you like best about ChatBeacon?

The main advantage that I liked about Chatbeacon is its simplicity in its menu, there is nothing complicated that requires a high level of knowledge that only trained personnel can handle. On the dashboard you find three options to launch live chat, such as: the operations app, the test page and the javascript installation of the chat window on your website. The main dashboard gives a clear view of your data and records. I love that it is a cloud-based software.

What do you dislike about ChatBeacon?

It has some weak points, such as the low capacity to implement lesser-known software, it has very few options in the section to make smart advice, and the cost is a bit high for features more of the same.

What problems is ChatBeacon solving and how is that benefiting you?

The support team has found an easy tool to support customers and help staff in other areas. It has been possible to implement a support service on our page with an artificial bot that helps casual visitors and customers find what they were looking for on our website. Our portal support page is better than before and we have saved a lot of emails asking for help.

What do you like best about ChatBeacon?

The ability to customise the chat window on the customer end is great, there are so many options that you can adjust to make sure your customers get the best visual experience when using the chat function. Avoiding confusion for customers trying to contact us is very important and this has been a great help in doing this. The conversation archiving is also a great feature. The fact that chat beacon hosts and stores all your chat archives makes everything so much easier and as a small company i feel this is more secure than if we had to host them ourselves.

What do you dislike about ChatBeacon?

While the customisation of the front end of the live chat is great and give you so many options, it is not the same for the back end. The user interface is not able to be customised and this can affect workflow and the way in which you use the program. Some more detailed customisation when using the program would be great.

What problems is ChatBeacon solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can provide a simple live chat that is unique to us, we can tailor it to suit the exact needs of our customers both visually and in the support it provides. We don't have to worry about storing the information gathered during these chats as Chat Beacon does this for you.

"Effortless and Convenient Software! "
What do you like best about ChatBeacon?

It's amazing how easy to use it is, it's so simple to get set up and get chatting to customers. It has exceptional quality on video calls which is a great advantage - no one want to be in a chat with a customer if the video/audio keeps dropping out or freezing. If you have agents who spend time outside of the office then they have the option to answer chats on the go, on a phone, so there's no chance of the of customers being accidentally overlooked. There's also the very useful feature of a 24/7 virtual assistant that can help answer common questions from the chat window, and it's a free feature with the latest version.

What do you dislike about ChatBeacon?

There are not a lot of options to customise and when their are they aren't very clear, this is one of the only things that could use some improvement. Other than that we had a very pleasant experience with ChatBeacon. If you're a small business it can also be a little pricey, but if this isn't an issue then it's smooth sailing.

What problems is ChatBeacon solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has made it very easy to connect with customers from all over and the ability to help them with their needs in great time has increased customer satisfaction.

What do you like best about ChatBeacon?

It's so easy to use, it's almost effortless, it's very easily added to websites so customers can start chatting. The video calls are top quality, which is sometime unheard of when in a browser, this makes it a lot easier to communicate effectively.

What do you dislike about ChatBeacon?

Customization tools could be clearer and in one single window to allow for more streamlined changes. It can also be a bit pricey if you're only a small business.

What problems is ChatBeacon solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're able to connect seamlessly with our customers and we're able to assist them with whatever they need in great time. The customer satisfaction has definitely risen since using ChatBeacon.

I can say that what I do not like about chatbeacon is that to have all the options you have to pay almost 800 dollars, it seems to me something exaggerated, a fairly high price and that prevents small businesses or people who are just starting their businesses can choose to try 100% of this fantastic software, beyond that chatbeacon is really valuable software to serve your customers in real time

What problems is ChatBeacon solving and how is that benefiting you?

With chatbeacon I can give real-time assistance to all my clients directly without having to download anything, this is extremely valuable since it makes the platform very light to use, this makes it much easier to provide assistance to all my clients , even through real-time video calls, there are few platforms or software that allow us to solve this problem so easily
