Celoxis Pricing Overview

Celoxis helped me plan all the projects and tasks that are being managed in my team on a daily basis. It helped me allocate resources, manage capacity planning, timeline planning, and even has reports, costs and time charges features available that you can explore! Overall very helpful to me and my team.

I am not able to provide a negative feedback yet, as I am still exploring the other features and how it will be utilized for my tasks.

It is relevant for our project office setup.

Due to the fact they have embraced continuous improvement in their customer experience. Glitches and bugs are resolved speedily. The one thing I feel can be improved is the video snippets on training on new releases, archive older videos. The training in videos will reduce the number of tickets or support queries.

We have optimised our project office. Planning,reviews and reporting are integrated in both resource capacity and financial measures. In this third year of using Celoxis we have successfully managed to see our project performance improvement year on year. Our various business unit with their varying models have finally adopted Celoxis.

I like the realm of features available in Celoxis. We use this on a daily basis in my organization, although I do wish we leveraged more of the available features. The interface takes a bit of getting used to, but that is only because there are so many options. Some of the controls are kept within the admin team which takes away from some of the functionality that would benefit me, but that is not Celoxis's fault. The time tracking is really nice and provides solid reporting. The project plans I create in the application are flexible and easy to manage. The updates are regular without becoming disruptive, and the company asks for feedback regularly and actually notifies well in advance of upgrades, which does not happen with every solution... Overall I really like Celoxis and am pleased with it so far.

It takes a while to really get a feel for the system as it is quite robust. The timekeeping has a couple of quirks that you have to remember or you lose your entries. The menus could be a bit more intuitive.

I manage 20-25 projects at any given time, so tracking time and project status is a bit difficult. Celoxis makes it easier for me to do this efficiently, without taking too much time away from "real work."

Celoxis is very easy to use for our day-to-day tasks and activities. The user interface is quite intuitive and can be customized for different users. Reports and views can be easily exported and shared with people who don’t have access. Reporting on project and task health, and status updates are great features.

I would like Celoxis to incorporate different themes for visual look and feel. Having a dark theme would be a personal preference.

No issues seen in the operational aspect. Also, the project management features are cusstomisable and is well integrated with other dashboards and softwares as per client expectation without any hassle. The customer support service should be made more accessible and reachable for faster turn around time. The implementation methodology and approach should be standardized for seamless implementation.

All in one project management tool with a lot of customizable features. It allows us to organize multiple locations global initiatives/projects, share and monitor resources, time and costs across portfolios. In addition to that it is very easy to use on a daily basis and the support is excellent

Overall simplicity. The dashboard gives a quick status of all my projects. I can quickly drill down and update any attribute.

I have no particular dislikes. The product can store documents to the task level. I would like to see drag & drop capability with the ability to display images on the detail screen.

We manage scores of small projects and track bugs and changes to our suite of reports. Tracking and updating clients (internal & external) about our progress and completion used to be nearly impossible. Now it is automated.
