I don't find anything that hard , every new updates is good only . So it's not a big deal. I would really like to appreciate their efforts.

There are many issues I had encountered, Contacts cannot be deleted permanently from the account. Recently they had changed the pricing without any communication or notice which lead to opting for a paid plan as we were testing the product. Short URLs cannot be used for email campaigns.

It doesn't allow PHP integration as of now, so I cannot add HTML or PHP scripts more over as used by my marketing team, and their feedback was that it also doesn't allow them to see click-through rate, which is a crucial feature so that we can improve our scripts
