High-speed web integration. Very intuitive features, you can start to do campaigns just after web integration. Bloomreach has all major features, which we need to create a modern and successful campaign more efficiently. Bloomreach has excellent support that always tries to solve all questions quickly and efficiently. Exponea is an ever-evolving environment with new possibilities.
Debugging console for scripts is missing. Some more complex features are a bit confusing for an inexperienced user.
Bloomreach helped us with several projects. In general, it was about becoming more information about behavior of customers on the web. From which we could create more effective campaigns, with all modern trends - automatization, personalization, follow-ups, care etc.

Using Bloomreach is very helpful. We have the whole database in one place. In the past, we couldn't reach synergies between classical retail and e-commerce because we had no global view on customer activities.
There are not many things we dislike. We are pleased to have and use the solution. Time to time we missed the opportunity to use native integration with local endpoint providers (email, sms).
Bloomreach helps us deal with customer database segmentation, omnichannel active file monitoring, advanced marketing automation scenarios, personalized emailing, and SMS. It's also great to connect our advertising accounts from Google and Facebook to create and match new audiences.
The best of Bloomreach CDP is that you have many integration solutions and great reports and dashboards features. It`s great for Marketers, Analytics, C-Levels, even Support managers who can profit from this thing. And it`s performing so well you will probably pay it off so fast!
I don`t like that if you are on a sharable instance of Bloomreach CDP, you will get some troubles with processing something. Personally, i have Import issues all the time

The diversity of customer segmentations, excellent email visual builder that lets the user add its HTML and personalize the content with Jinja code, and a fantastic variety for actions/flow when creating a scenario.
Not able to get unique customers by selecting a property, such as a phone property. Maybe add more features such as for the waiting operator to be triggered at a chosen time in the day (wait till 5 PM).

I bit new to online marketing, I have never worked with any program such as Bloomreach etc. I was able to learn all I need in just couple of months. Very intuitive. I would also like to point out Bloomreach learning center. Every time I had some question I was able to find an answer there.
Tool, where visually build your email, is not the best. Seems bit outdated and if you know just little bit of HTML just do it all in code
Client segmentation is straightforward to use. I like that I can set up my campaigns in advance. So if I want to send come emails on the weekend, I just set it up on Friday and I don't have to worry. Bloom take care about the rest.

The platform is very feature-rich and user friendly. The academy is a great way to learn more about the platform, plus gives ideas of additional features and functions. There is a great live support system which provides quick solutions to any issues.
It is not possible to use live-support outside of Bratislava business hours. It would be great to have additional agents in other time zones so that support can be reached during more hours.
I have learnt a great deal from the Academy and also from using the live support system. The agents don't just fix the issues, but explain what has happened and how to fix it.
Elaborate templating language usable in almost all of the features. Especially combination with webhooks and scenarios is very powerful, allowing us to connect with any API and programmatically process the data. This setup solves many tasks that would otherwise require some microservice to be developed. It also helps with the transition from marketers to technologists/developers.
The recommendation feature could have gotten more prioritization. So far, the computation/learning time is really long and often not successful. When it's combined with a few bugs discovered along the way, even getting to the testing phase takes a long time. I see a huge potential there once it works smoothly.
CRM campaigns automation, execution, analytics & their data integrations. Have it all in one seems like a biggest benefit to me. I'v seen quite few solutions from thre competitors and there is always something missing.
The main reason why we were so drawn to Exponea was that in some form or another we were already employing these features—just from multiple suppliers, where obviously the data was all very siloed, and holistically speaking it wasn't particularly useful. Having everything under one roof was a focus, and Exponea's version of each feature is pretty much as good, if not better than the other individual tools of the past. We haven't really started fully using Exponea, but the ability to build detailed reports, and off the back of those reports be able to contact customers, segment them, and direct these data reports—this is really nice! Also, to provide a consistent, personalized message online, and email across various touchpoints is the holy grail we are planning to put into use soon. The team is brilliant, too, can't praise them enough. I've had a great time, one of the most enjoyable large-scale projects that we've done! Nothing was too much of a problem, it was fantastic to work together. Once the project was implemented, they asked me if we can say anything we'd like to do better, and I honestly couldn't think of anything. And that annoyed them, 'cause they wanted to know how they could improve. They've just been fantastic!
Not much really it takes some getting used to in the way that it collets data which can limit some reporting. But its this method that give it its strength.
Removing siloed data, spending less time building reports, and a lot more time being actionable based off the insights provided by reports—which is great! Sending consistent messages was key for us, making sure that any on-site or email personalisation we sent out provided the same, consistent message to each person. In addition, Exponea solved some problems we didn't know we had. We didn't look at ways to segment customers based on their lifecycle, and that we could run campaigns with these segments. Also, there was some helpful documentation, which pointed us in the right direction, where we were already implementing certain strategies regarding personalisation across on-site, email and direct mail.

The flexibility of the system and its fairly understandable interface help a lot. Bloomreach functionality and technical connectivity to other systems and providers solve the tasks set for the system. If you have been working with similar products for a long time, then it will be very easy for you to get used to it and get started.
We have requests in the settings of detailed selections for data that are now being transferred to Bloomreach, but as it turned out, there are certain limitations in their use. For example, it is not possible to simply and accurately configure the consolidation of data on adjacent objects that we transfer. We have already spent a lot of time creating catalogs, but so far we have not managed to solve our problem with the required quality. Perhaps this concerns the specifics of our practices, but we believe that this request may arise from most companies in the Russian market.
We use this product to increase loyalty to our company and you know it's simple. It is very flexible and easy to set up and carry out the necessary research, and in case of difficulties, partners from Bloomreach will promptly help. Efficiency in resolving issues and difficulties is very important for us, since our processes are very dynamic and cost $. We, like most other companies, use different products, and what's cool is that Bloomreach has built-in connectors that will allow you to connect them simply and in a short time. If you have no experience with this platform, this is also not a problem, since they can conduct training for you, where they will tell you in detail and give practice about working with it.
I like the intuitive and graphic way to build scenarios
Many default options can´t be changed. Some lists are listed in alphabetical order and you can´t change it (columns in imports)
Creating scenarios is easy. It is even fun to do.
Exponea is super easy to learn and set up. UI - The login process is easy and setting up user profiles is very simple on the UI. Email marketing features- Awesome A/B features, dynamic content features, prediction module, retrieving past edited history, creating complex scenarios. I also like the click map under evaluation which helps in understanding where the customer clicked the most, and how he/she has hovered the email. Bulk emails - Support large volume emails. Data Integration - Support all types of file imports and API connections. Nurture Campaigns- You can lead score or segment your audience easily and tie them to a nurture campaign to give them exactly what they want to run through + can use predictions too for such cases. Live support team - Very experienced and knowledgeable support team and always ready for help. They dig deeper inside a query, offer great tips and advice for further optimisation, and you can get any question answered really fast + guide you in a step by step process to accomplish any specific task. Account Manager - Happy to assist help with our account. During implementation, their team worked closely with us to ensure that we were following best practices and we get the best out of the product Life Cycle Mngt - For creating life cycle marketing features based on customer transactions, behaviour, user activity etc. Explicit RFM Dashboard. Exponea Academy - Amazing and dedicated team of professionals who will ensure no student leaves without learning. Collection data points- One can through a preference centre or other sources can create various customer attributes, that offers an enriching insight into who our audiences are.
1) There could be more email templates for ready use. Good to include a countdown banner for emails too. Customizing certain elements with JavaScript or CSS can be confusing at times when one is not a pro. 2) Exponea is not good for surveys. You don't get automatic dashboards as in the case of Typeform or Survey Monkey. 3) Working with aggregates and running aggregates can be complex. 4) Web layers is complex. Designing is quite an easy part but deployment on the website requires knowledge of JS and technical expertise. 5) Since Exponea business consultants are highly involved with other clients too, their availability can take up some time, which can be time lost for an organisation. On the contrary, the live support is always available and quick in their response. 6) Advance course should also include knowledge of how to use predictions in real-life cases. 7) Recommendation should offer more meaningful reports and insights.
Automating email nurture and sending bulk emails, Data Hygiene, Funnel management, Collecting unique data points and having Exonea as a source of truth. We are now working to start sending out transactional emails from Exponea. We are still in the phase of exploiting Exponea to its maximum capacity. So far, the benefits I realized are that Exponea can have the Marketing Approach, Analytical Insights and its Strategic ways. Also, the Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives are very helpful in organizing these activities as well as to see a clear definite marketing effort in the end. Exponea is one centralised system for all marketing campaigns.
