"Nice little CRM, does a lot, and at a decent price"
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

Agile has been built with a focus on the needs of solopreneurs and small businesses. It's customizable, cost-effective for entrepreneurs who want their CRM system to have all the bells and whistles that they need - not just limited features provided by other similarly priced products out there. Their system could track emails sent from outside of the platform, which was great for a client of mine that I suggested Agile to.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

The UI could use some improvement and there is a bit of a learning curve - I would like to see something more innovative, combining what's on contact records with the company or financial details in one easy view.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Agile was the first CRM that I really used. I had an account with HubSpot before Agile, and it seemed overwhelming. While Agile has a learning curve, it felt easier for me to use. Agile was the first CRM that I really dug into to utilize for my business, and it ended up working great. I suggested it to a couple of other clients/friends of mine eventually. I needed a simple system to keep track of my leads and customers, and Agile provided that. I could make the setup as easy as I needed.

"Amazing, we finally have a CRM that everyone loves"
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

Agile is really simple to use, as with all CRMs it is basically a big address book with the ability to add notes and track deals. It does this really well, and if nothing else the ability to keep this data well organised, tagged and updated will be enough for some users. Where it really shines is the marketing automation features, some other reviewers have criticised these features but I feel they are being unfair. We have contemplated other MUCH more expensive platforms and Agile won on price and features, that you can have 10 users for free and a single marketing automation or campaign allows you to test the water. To maximise the CRM you need to: a. Add tracking to your website b. Add tracking to your emails c. Add a form to your website Once you have done this it provides great usage data on what prospect is looking at your site. I have never found a bug, and I use it a lot for my own use and my partners business and we recommend it to all our clients. We previously trialled One Page CRM, Pipedrive, Highrise, Insightly, Salesforce and several other packages and this one is by far the best for our needs. The email sending features replace MailChimp and the landing pages are really handy as well. It may not be as good as Mailchimp for certain actions but being integrated has its advantages. It works straight out the box - some minor config is required but it doesn't take long. It has an amazing browser extension that let's you add contacts direct from the search view of LinkedIn Finally support is awesome - a number of times I have thought their was a bug but it was actually my error. The support quickly showed me screen shots on where I went wrong.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

Not too much: 1. It doesn't interface with as many other applications as I would like it to. 2. Sending emails even on the paid plan has sent by agile in the footer. 3. You can't send more then 25 emails unless you set up a campaign, this is a pain but not enough of one to devalue the tool. 4. You can't add an attachment to a campaign, only a link or a picture. Again not a total deal breaker but a tad annoying. 5. Setting up an email template and editing a campaign feels a little clunky.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Organising and managing clients, ex-clients, prospects, and all our leads. It has allowed us to market to our existing clients and track clickthroughs from campaigns. I would highly recommend you try it, as unlike a "leading" automation / CRM vendor who want a years fees upfront Agile is free for 10 users and a limited feature set. We market better, we manage prospects better we have great visibility.

"The best value for money all in one CRM"
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

Agile CRM is the most feature complete CRM out there. Combine that with the per month cost and you have the best value for money CRM around. Calendar/booking feature, email campaigns with branching logic, integration with website inquiry forms, so many features!

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

Having restrictions on the number of campaigns etc. (even on higher plans) is a little restrictive. Would like to see an unlimited plan. Not sure if this is still in place but there was also a compulsory minimum email fee per month which seemed like it could've been added into the monthly cost.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use the email campaign automation tool regularly. It's great to be able to send out a campaign, follow up with campaign members automatically and fork into different responses based on their actions. It automates are marketing effort.

"Amazing set of features for small amount of investment"
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

There are so many features available for a cost effective price. Marketing automation is incredible value - it has the same type of features as systems like Infusionsoft but without the huge price tag. Managing opportunities in a Kanban method using the Deals board is really intuitive. It also integrates with your mail so you can see the emails between you and your contact, and your calendar so people can make appointments and see your availability.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

The landing page feature is a great idea, but there are some bugs in its functionality. For example, if you use a domain alias it won't pick this up - you need to use the primary alias. You can't make that many adjustments, so address fields are a problem - there just aren't enough fields for the UK address system.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I run a very small business but need to use a CRM system to manage my customer relationships and sales. It gives me the functionality I need at a price that's right.

"Good for small business with a few glitches. "
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

Overall it is easy to use and at the lowest level it is affordable for small businesses. The ability to reserve 30 minute blocks of time one-on-one with the support staff has been very helpful. The triggers and tags are easy to understand. I also like that mass emails are easy to send and it is easy to set them up with at least a bit of personalization and imbed photos in them.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

I understand why you cannot change dates in the timeline so management can know exactly when things have occurred with any contacts, but since I am basically using the CRM only for my own purposes, it is annoying not to be able to change dates or delete things from the timeline. When you ask for an email to be traced so you can see when it is opened by a contact, it continues to register as opening over and over every time the email MOVES in their email cue. That results in many multiple duplicate reports in the timeline that the email was opened, which cannot be deleted. That plugs up the timeline and is super annoying. It is also not possible to connect a document to a contact without having to redownload it every time you want to view it, so I just decided not to attach documents to contacts. It was one of the main functions I wanted...to easily see my quotes for each contact, but this is a very time consuming and clunky process. I was disappointed when I was notified (even though I am sure this is shown someplace in the copy about the different membership levels) that you only get 5 campaigns in the lowest level of service and adding another user doesn't give them any more new campaigns. To bump up to 10 campaigns costs more than 3 times the price per month per user! That pricing seems ridiculous.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fewer customers to fall through the cracks, if I use this CRM.

"AgileCRM is a Flexible Tool at a Great Price"
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

AgileCRM is one of the most cost-effective CRM tools on the market. It is significantly lesser expensive than similar options but still offers alot of customization available at different levels.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

You do sacrifice some advanced features of other options and it isn't as easy to connect with other applications.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to manage volunteer applicants and their stages in the application process with ease. It also allows us to create custom reports on our efficiency.

"Agile CRM is a great value for small businesses"
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

My favorite part of Agile CRM is the included marketing capabilities. Most CRM software platforms that I've used do not include these features without an additional fee - it makes Agile CRM very cost efficient.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

The ios application is clunky and the Marketing features are very intuitive.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our business has a tremendous number of companies and contacts to manage. Agile helps us group and organize the contacts, communicate with them, and look at our sales pipeline.
