When Revolut works, it is a good option - however, the inconvenience i have experienced far outweighs these benefits
Without warning, Revolut disabled my account because I did not have three months remaining on my (then) visa. Despite being provided with proof of a forthcoming visa, they refused to reinstate my account. After a lengthy delay, they eventually reinstated my account, only to (again, without warning) restrict my account again, resulting in reverted invoice payments. They gave me vague reasoning with no specific timeframe and no apology - I would caution against using them.
I was seeking a digital-first bank with a premium level of service. They offer strong digital features, but the service is lacking.
As this time the experience has been tarnished. Notuch tbh
Their responsibility and ability to resolve simple issues within the app that are rendering their service non tax compliant.
Easy to use when everything is working as it's supposed to.
Their customer support from hell; yes - you can withdraw to your account but it will take a day and can't pay now!
They are horrible people working there, don't care about human beings that are struggling
To stay hungry and not to be able to use my ATM card to pay for food in a grocery store.
