Mighty Networks is one of the flexible community-based membership sites that offer both free and paid membership with equally impressive features. Members on it can communicate via direct messaging and group chats. The platform can accommodate comments and have the option to create long-form and short posts with multimedia, polls, questions, and topics. Users can also directly share anything on their social media platforms, and users can also export client data easily. Analytics are easily gathered as well

I love that this platform allows you to share content, provide service and engage with your community all in one place.
It is a bit wonky to move in, and out of various groups; however it sounds like future updates will make this much easier for the user.
We needed a space for our community to connect broadly and in smaller groups. This platform exceeds that need and so much more.
I love that it provides a space where I can house my community and my courses and other resources. Aside from the basic functionality that allows me to run my business, I also love how Mighty networks runs their business. They are always so responsive and being part of their Mighty Community is super helpful as a host. They are real humans who actually care and are constantly working to improve their software. I can't think of another software I use that has made me feel so heard and included in the process.
The only thing that could use improvement are the payment functions but I believe they are working on that behind the scenes. It would be nice to have more options where people could pay a down payment of one cost and then a monthly payment differently, for example.
They are solving the problem for digital creators in which we need so many different software's to run a single course/business. It's all possible in one place with Mighty Networks.
It is so easy to use. You can start your community in less than a day and it's a great way to launch a MVP.
You can't fully customize it, and it only works in English, but their support team is fantastic and constantly working to improve their product.
I can gather together my community with a better experience than Facebook Groups, Slack or Discord. I use it for my global community of artists and entrepreneurs.
Mighty Networks is intuitive to use and brings together the aspects of an app, social media and course hosting that I need for my business. There customer support is brilliant, especially for a non- techy person like me.
It would be great if the app had my branding from the outset rather than Mighty Networks but it really doesn't matter as it works SO well.
I support overwhelmed women so bringing everything together on one platform helps with this.
We are working to move our community to Mighty Networks off of Facebook. In just a few months we have been slowly do this and many of our members are excited. They love that it is more private and intimate for personal conversations.
Only downside is really reminding our people to go on the app. We do notice people sign up and forget to come back.
We really did not want to continue to focus our energy growing a community on Facebook. This was a great alternative for us.
Easy to setup and great to have my own social platform for my community. It's really amazing.
I'd like the courses module to be included in the standard pricing plan. It's a bit expensive to pay for course module.
Keeping my community private and engaged off major social platforms.
The technical support that is always available (almost always within minutes) allows me not to have profound interruptions in my work. This combined with the extensive guides and workshopping are an incredible value add.
I have been with Mighty Networks for more than 4 months and don't have a single thing to complain about yet! So happy to be here.
It is helping me to scale in ways that would otherwise be either impossible or would require such tremendous investments in infrastructure and design that it would be detrimental to my work.
I love the ease of use, and the way my students love to engage on the platform. The user experience is top-notch for the student and the provider.
I wish plan payment set up was a bit more streamlined.
It's helping me create a thriving community and serve my students with courses that change their lives! It helps me focus on the content and serving, as opposed to spending my time managing my back-end.
The notifications and the app. It is also very easy to set up and navigate.
Haven't found any yet because I'm a relatively new user but so far I like what I see.
Just want to get my resources to my clients.
Mighty Networks comes loaded with features and customization options other sites don't come close to.
I don't like the side-opening menu for feed content. I wish it would expand vertically like a FB post. The side-open panel is nice for events though.
Connecting multiple networks under one "roof," while still maintaining their own space and identity within the overall network.
Our members are much more likely to interact than the FB group we previously had. It's quite fascinating to see members who never commented before interacting on a daily basis now.
The biggest challenge is getting folks to adopt the new platform and switch over from FB groups. Mighty Networks has made inviting people very easy, easy to track and follow up. They also have resources specifically designed to help folks move from FB over to Mighty.
As mentioned above, it is allowing us to get our members to interact more than they would in a FB group. It's less crowded, no ads and allows us to direct message folks in Mighty and they know it's about a topic they care about versus spam.
I love the support and community that Mighty Networks provides. I chose this over Circle - something a mentor of mine was pushing.
Nothing! Love the platform, love the group!
It gives me the ability to create a community, without any technological savvy required!
I've been creating programs & courses for my community for the past 7 years, using anywhere from 3-6 platforms to host all of the features needed to make the experience robust & meaningful. But it was a lot to handle & keep track of. When I found Mighty Networks, I was elated: now I have everything I need in ONE platform: course hosting, community feed, chat, group Zoom calls, and even call recordings can all be hosted within the individual cohort. And my favorite part is user interface: You can tell they put a LOT of effort & thought into the user experience. It's fun and interactive to use. All of my clients love it!
The only thing I would add if I could is the ability to host individual client profiles with links, docs, etc for each individual person. Kind of like a Google Drive. I have a progress tracker I host on Google Sheets, as well as homework uploads they upload to our shared drive - but the only way to get that to them is through email. If I had a place to input the links for each student in their individual profile (that could be accessed by both of us), it would streamline things even more.
Consolidating the number of platforms needed to provide a holistic & cohesive user experience for students of my community program. I (and my students) don't have to juggle multiple links and platforms to access our content: it's all in one place!
I like how clean and user friendly it is and how it gives me a chance to migrate my followers away from standard social media so I know everybody hears what I say.
The downside is convincing people to invest their time in yet another platform and to create a space where you are the only reason they are over here.
It gives me a place to house my course, create a free social network, and create a private mastermind group, at an affordable cost, in a user friendly platform.
Courses and push notifications are great for communication, information is getting into the hands of our ambassadors much quicker and at a higher rate.
Only being able to post one image per post.
We came from FB because an admin was hacked and then blocked, we need a fool proof way of communicating with our team
The format is simple to use. It allows users to contribute with as much or little moderation as necessary.
I wish there was more flexibility in the article feature. I would like to embed more content.
I needed a platform off of social media where my community could interact with each other. Mighty Networks fits that bill well. It is allowing me to grow a network of people who can work together.
It's very easy to use and the features let you shape up the community anyway you want. Their training materials and resources will give you a great insight into building the best, scalable community that you can monetise.
More personalisation is something that I am really looking forward. There is no inbuilt video/webinar system. Such a feature would greatly benefit communities as we don't have to depend on third party platforms.
Building, maintaining and scaling a community is what Might Networks is solving. For me, I have been looking at a solid, user friendly platform to build a community for my users. I had tried various platforms and tools however so far Might Network has been a charm to use. Their App is really worth mentioning.
That is is essentially a private version of Facebook. The features I like best are topics and courses. I use Canva and Google Workspace and I intend to set up an offsite store too. It compares very well compared to Podia and Passion for what I need.
The playback speed controls and the difficulties members have uploading videos to feed. The playback controls are very hard to access and do not have enough speed options (unlike YouTube that allows you to have custom speed)
Having community with learning is excellent. I love that members can attend an event directly from the Zoom link in the event. I have yet to see if my customers are going to stay - this is a trial course.
I love that Mighty Networks allows me to be my own customized community.
Anything that I would have posted has been addressed with recent upgrades. I have no dislikes at this time.
The problem I am solving with Mighty Networks is having an easily accessible interactive online space for my community that is not on loud and distracting social media platforms. Because my Mighty Network is just for my community, there is greater synergy with community members.
I love that Mighty Networks gives an alternative and upgraded platform option to Facebook Groups. The mobile app is a great feature that I know is very useful for, and well liked by my clients. The platform is easy to use, and navigate, for both the creator and the client.
Some of the setup isn't super intuitive, but honestly, it's still pretty easy once you are used to the platform, and their support service is friendly and quick to respond.
Mighty Networks gives my clients a safe and collaborative community space to do their recovery work together, connect, and work through my online course, all in one convenient and easy-to-use platform.
